I brought my G-Shock Mudmaster here for repair and battery replacement after the previous "Casio certified" tech nearly ruined my favorite watch, and the staff here were incredible. My technician took the time to explain everything that they did with my watch and told me what the previous tech did incorrectly and how they fixed it. And they were literally half the price of the other place I brought my watch to that nearly broke my it. I'll definitely be back again!

Joseph Earl: Excellent service! I came in to get a watch battery replaced, and they were done in around 5 minutes. While we waited, we were offered water, and he told us about some of the watches they had. Prices were fair, it was $20 for a battery replacement. Wonderful experience, would definitely go again for any watch repair.

Celeste: WOW!! I took my Bulova watch in to get a battery and figured I would drop it off and pick it up later. I knew it was about $20 bucks the last time I had it replaced at a different jewelry business and that I would probably have to wait or come back to get it. 🤔It was serendipitous that I found American Jewelers! I checked 2 places out on line that were offering watch battery replacements at a discounted price. I checked the reviews on both and both were good. I chose American for the name and the proximity to my house. 😉I was so impressed! My wordy self will just say if you need anything jewelry related, go see Cleve Funk art American Jewelers! ! He's the BEST!I went in, got my watch fixed and he cleaned my wedding ring without me saying anything. I was just showing it to him because I wanted to redesign it. He cleaned and reshaped the actual band since it was warped. It looks so nice and new. I didn't ask him for any of that!😉The whole process was less than 10 minutes and only 5 bucks! I was very impressed.I am a customer service freak and this place tops the chart!Thank you so much!!

I felt very comfortable with Cleve working on my ring. The on-site jeweler at Prestige did a great job on fixing them, and did it same day.Unfortunately a couple of months later my fiance found the ring catching again. AGAIN, she didn’t turn us away, she went over to her case and GAVE me a replacement ring. I am so blown away by her generosity! We went in expecting to get an estimate to fix the ring and walked out with a beautiful brand new ring, she even let me keep my broken one.
