AGAIN, she didn’t turn us away, she went over to her case and GAVE me a replacement ring. I am so blown away by her generosity! I felt very comfortable with Cleve working on my ring. One of my diamonds is an old mine and the ring is over 100 years old so I’m very particular about who I will let work on it but he came highly recommended. 5 stars!
