Celeste: WOW!! I took my Bulova watch in to get a battery and figured I would drop it off and pick it up later. I knew it was about $20 bucks the last time I had it replaced at a different jewelry business and that I would probably have to wait or come back to get it. 🤔It was serendipitous that I found American Jewelers! I checked 2 places out on line that were offering watch battery replacements at a discounted price. I checked the reviews on both and both were good. I chose American for the name and the proximity to my house. 😉I was so impressed! My wordy self will just say if you need anything jewelry related, go see Cleve Funk art American Jewelers! ! He's the BEST!I went in, got my watch fixed and he cleaned my wedding ring without me saying anything. I was just showing it to him because I wanted to redesign it. He cleaned and reshaped the actual band since it was warped. It looks so nice and new. I didn't ask him for any of that!😉The whole process was less than 10 minutes and only 5 bucks! I was very impressed.I am a customer service freak and this place tops the chart!Thank you so much!!

I felt very comfortable with Cleve working on my ring. One of my diamonds is an old mine and the ring is over 100 years old so I’m very particular about who I will let work on it but he came highly recommended. 5 stars!

The on-site jeweler at Prestige did a great job on fixing them, and did it same day.Unfortunately a couple of months later my fiance found the ring catching again. I brought the ring back and they fixed it in a couple of hours, no charge. And they cleaned the ring up as well.I will definitely be bringing my business back here and recommending this jewelry store to others.

AGAIN, she didn’t turn us away, she went over to her case and GAVE me a replacement ring. I am so blown away by her generosity! We went in expecting to get an estimate to fix the ring and walked out with a beautiful brand new ring, she even let me keep my broken one. I will be suggesting this jewelry shop for the rest of my life. My husband and I left in tears of gratitude, I pray for the biggest and best blessings to come their way.

They also do excellent repairs at a reasonable rate. Lost a stone out of my original wedding set and they replaced the stone as well as built up the prongs to prevent it from happening again. The repair cost was very reasonable and a lot lower than what I thought it would be. Will always give them my business rather than one of the big name jewelry stores.

We went into a few places but they were very short with us and seemed to pull random quotes for price and time. Blake Martin: My girl and I recently came in to get her vintage emerald and diamond ring resized down a bit. Initially I called around town and was getting quotes of anywhere from 3-4 days, upwards of two weeks. My Jewelers happened to be right down the street from my house and when I called, the owner said depending on what time I dropped it off he could have it done within an hour. 5 star service. When we dropped it off, he explained the process and chatted for a bit and he was very courteous and professional and we knew we were leaving her ring in good hands. We went and grabbed some lunch and ran a few errands and it was done. The ring fit perfectly, and he cleaned it up so nice we were blown away because it looked even better than when I bought it from the original jewelers. It looked like a brand new ring. My girl is ecstatic and just stares at it all the time now, it really catches the light beautifully. Highly recommend. This is the only place I’ll be taking my jewelry into from now on.

George Tyler, the owner, gave us several options and suggestions for how he could redesign my jewelry. We have to say that what he did was fantastic! Along with making my rings fit better by resizing them, he put new chains on two necklaces that I could never wear before. The best work was done when he took a bracelet and made it into a beautiful ring. Then, George took the matching necklace and turned it into the most beautiful cross you have ever seen. Below, I will show you a picture of the cross he made for me. We highly recommend this business for any work you need to have done. The price charged was more than reasonable and the work was done with care and a lot of thought as to what the final design would look like. George should be proud of his work.

While we waited, we were offered water, and he told us about some of the watches they had. Prices were fair, it was $20 for a battery replacement. I am always greeted with a smile and the sales associates always help me put together the most GORGEOUS bracelets! I always get compliments on my pieces!When I headed into town awhile ago during the pandemic, I waited my turn outside, the staff member also outside was so friendly, and even made conversation with me and my children.I tend to make phone purchases throughout the year and the sales staff continues to go above and beyond! Facetiming me at a time thats convenient around my schedule, and they are never pushy!For a store to send out personalized thank you cards what more could you ask for.This store treats all customers like family, not a sale.I will definitely make this Pandora my home!
