Celeste: WOW!! I took my Bulova watch in to get a battery and figured I would drop it off and pick it up later. I knew it was about $20 bucks the last time I had it replaced at a different jewelry business and that I would probably have to wait or come back to get it. 🤔It was serendipitous that I found American Jewelers! I checked 2 places out on line that were offering watch battery replacements at a discounted price. I checked the reviews on both and both were good. I chose American for the name and the proximity to my house. 😉I was so impressed! My wordy self will just say if you need anything jewelry related, go see Cleve Funk art American Jewelers! ! He's the BEST!I went in, got my watch fixed and he cleaned my wedding ring without me saying anything. I was just showing it to him because I wanted to redesign it. He cleaned and reshaped the actual band since it was warped. It looks so nice and new. I didn't ask him for any of that!😉The whole process was less than 10 minutes and only 5 bucks! I was very impressed.I am a customer service freak and this place tops the chart!Thank you so much!!

J K: What a great experience! I was looking for a jeweler who worked on platinum after our family jeweler closed last year. Everyone in the store was so friendly and took excellent care of us. I felt very comfortable with Cleve working on my ring. One of my diamonds is an old mine and the ring is over 100 years old so I’m very particular about who I will let work on it but he came highly recommended. 5 stars!

Nick Games: I took my wedding ring in to have a the diamond replaced and then to have 3 rings resized. I was told it would take a week and be a certain amount. I was going to be in the area so I called to see if they were ready. They were and I was even charged less than originally told. I definitely recommend and will continue to go there for my jewelry needs.

The work I needed on a specialty ring was completed very nicely and some touch up work that I wasn't expecting was also done. Strongly recommend you give this 'small town' atmosphere a try!

Joseph Earl: Excellent service! I came in to get a watch battery replaced, and they were done in around 5 minutes. While we waited, we were offered water, and he told us about some of the watches they had. Prices were fair, it was $20 for a battery replacement. Wonderful experience, would definitely go again for any watch repair.

Wesley Rudman: I bought my fiance's engagement ring at another store in Vegas but after awhile the prongs on the diamond became worn-out. The on-site jeweler at Prestige did a great job on fixing them, and did it same day.Unfortunately a couple of months later my fiance found the ring catching again. I brought the ring back and they fixed it in a couple of hours, no charge. And they cleaned the ring up as well.I will definitely be bringing my business back here and recommending this jewelry store to others.

desiree martin: to see if it could be fixed, before anything she tried to fix the ring after a few minutes she told me unfortunately I had ruined the ring and it couldn’t be fixed. AGAIN, she didn’t turn us away, she went over to her case and GAVE me a replacement ring. I am so blown away by her generosity! We went in expecting to get an estimate to fix the ring and walked out with a beautiful brand new ring, she even let me keep my broken one. I will be suggesting this jewelry shop for the rest of my life. My husband and I left in tears of gratitude, I pray for the biggest and best blessings to come their way.
