Nyala Champion: The apartments are really nice and the staff as so friendly! The amenities are well taken care of and the place is always clean! Juan, Bree and Caleb are some of the most helpful RAs and admins! I wish the location was a little closer to the city but I'm very happy with the apartments overall.
Kobi Ishmael: This student housing is great for anyone looking to get a life sized apartment and the college experience without settling for a little dorm room. It's a perfect opportunity for students to get used to being on their own while not being far away from home if from Nevada. It's out the way in a peaceful area and is only about 20 minutes away from the strip. The staff is great and provides help and insights of how to get the most out of your apartment and amenities and overall it's a great place to look for getting a student prepared for the college experience
Cameron Lester: These apartments are really greta living experience! As a non student resident, it is nice to be included in a place meant for college students. I especially appreciate the staff. They try their hardest and are very kind. RA Carlos does the most for anyone, especially me since he arranges for my packages to be delivered to me due to my work schedule.

P van wijk: Really nice apartments, pretty new and well maintained, the apartment's are well equipped, have good AC ,a ceiling fan, fridge/freezer, washer, dryer, stove, oven and an microwave. There is a nice gym ,a swimming pool and volley ball field on the gated premises.

Teresa Jaffer At Weingrow wellness: Our daughter will be moving to the degree in a few weeks.Honestly I was worried because of the degrees reviews and felt super nervous. Every time I’ve had a question or worry I call and address it. I’ve even mentioned some of the reviews and the validity of them.I’m thankful that Wescott does assist me and address my concerns, I definitely feel like an over protective parent BUT I can’t really apologize for that. It’s hard to trust someone with your kids.Jocelyn is the manager and she was attentive and helpful.Most everyone who answers the phone is friendly and helpful.I’m excited for this future chapter and I’ll update as needed.The one thing I’d recommend is having your student pick roommates before hand if they can. That way they don’t have to worry about the anxiety of the unknown.

Isalei Lemau: I’ve been here for three years, mostly because it’s convenient and right across from campus. Unlike echo, you’re farther away from your classes and the layout is a little more squished. A plus side of these apartments is you get your own bathroom and it’s fully furnished. It might not seem like home because of the gray color furniture but once you decorate it a little and make it “your” space.. it’ll be fine. Living in the degree will be part of your college experience and many memories will be made here because I have. You might hate it at times because of management or the cleanliness but like I said, make the memories.. its worth it.
Jalyn Asberry: I’ve enjoyed living here! I like that it’s right across from campus, and I don’t have to walk a long distance to attend class. Things have improved from last year, especially regarding the garbage disposal. The hallways still smell like garbage at times. I would recommend hallway air freshers or just making sure garbage is being emptied regularly. I will say that I’m a little uneasy when the garage gate isn’t working for an extended time. Anyone has access to the vehicles within the parking garage and the building. I understand things happen, but I’m all about safety. One of the reasons why I chose the Degree is because of the gate, so I would like it to function correctly—other than the garbage and garage gate, no other significant issues.

James Wilson (Mr Wilson): I was just looking at another review..I don’t fully agree with their experience ..I definitely wouldn’t tell nobody not to rent ..But the New Management def have to get used too. I’m just not happy with all the Fees “common area Lights Gas Water” I find that to be ridiculous because it’s $100 plus a $5 service fee ..and my actual utility in my unit don’t even be that high makes me feel like I’m paying to keep the lights on in the leasing office ..And when will the pool be available like it’s the middle of June and we still don’t have a functioning pool n spa ..Also we need a New Gate Code ..for the whole property..Because the current code gives No security at all ..And most properties change the gate code every 3-4months
Char Y.: I've called The Colton home for the better half of a year. When I decided to relocate, I viewed 10 apartments throughout Henderson & Las Vegas. I picked Colton because the unit looked exactly like the photos. I visited the apartment during the day & at night to ensure the building was safe. The neighborhood is extremely quiet. The staff was incredibly helpful before, during, & after the move-in process. I've had positive interactions with Alejandra, Cortney, & Cintia specifically. They do a great job maintaining the appearance of the property which is very important to me. The garbage is promptly picked up. My unit is updated, so I haven't had many issues that needed maintenance. There was a heating issue in December that was resolved within 24-48 hours. I appreciate how quickly requests are processed.The community events are unique & fun. I really enjoyed the candle-making & cocktail event. There was a Sunday Brunch a couple of weeks ago 10/10 on ingenuity. I don't have any complaints, but I do wish we could get a leg press or pilates reformer in the gym.Overall, I highly recommend The Colton.

Sonny Knight: My wife and I stayed here earlier this year. It was a great place to live. Their amenities were first class! The outside seating area was off the hook! The clubhouse was awesome. We enjoyed the fact that the property has large sidewalks. We enjoyed the hammocks throughout the community.We would stay here again but only upstairs because the people who lived above us took the 5th star away with their stomping day and night. 😅
Todd G: Moving across country and most places were indifferent to my moving needs. The Colton Apartments experience was different. Cortney & Kayla answered all of my questions, sent extra photos of the apartment layouts I was interested in and were there for every step of the leasing process. It is no doubt that Cortney & Kayla made this an easy leasing experience. I would recommend to and friend to look into this apartment complex.
D D: Courtney had been amazing. From the moment I walked in the door to helping keep find the perfect apartment. Now making my move in completely easy. Was able to do so much communicating through email as well. Quick response and always informative. I know I have lots of questions and can be difficult she had patience. Happy to have my new start in my new place

donna villaruz: It came down to 3 apartment homes, and we've decided to sign with The Edge. We like the neighborhood, how close it is on almost everything. I like how they think of ways to get the community together - the most recent was a summer pool party! Everyone in the office is extremely helpful based on my experience. Selena made sure to go above and beyond, offered solutions right away, and followed up whenever there are some concerns. The maintenance workers are very respectful as well. Overall, I'm happy that we end up living here.

L. Lacey: We have been living at SVR for almost 10 years. There have been a lot of changes over the years, all good changes.The newly renovated apartments are amazing; new appliances, flooring, countertops, sinks, bathrooms, and more. The maintenance crew-Alex, Andre, James, and Juan are always friendly and very efficient. Gina, Tyler, and the rest of the office staff are very nice and always helpful. The rent is consistent with the market, sometimes lower. Great amenities and the kids love all the community events. This truly is a great place to call home.
