Rod Rigler: I, Rodney Rigler, am updating my post from about 2months ago.I have recently moved Into ONE60 Apartments.My experience from my first visit to my move-in was nothing short of the best experience. Sandie as well as Vicki in the leasing office went above and beyond in assisting me with my move-in. Very professional as well as very honest.During my move-in there was a few items that needed attention and the maintenance supervisor Manny was right on top of all the repairs.I highly recommend ONE60 APARTMENTS, to anyone that is looking for a new place to call home.

chase heller: Great place to live! You get your own personal garage attached to your unit, just like a townhome. The pool & gym are also great!
Kyle Garret: First we have lived in One60 since Day 1. The pest control comes every week. The place is kept up wonderfully. Never had a bug issue. I'm assuming the two negative reviews who put that the Manager is "targeting them" two days ago are the ones with Pitbull's and wanting to fight every occupant they see then go back to their apartment and smoke pot from their balcony! Just my opinion but maybe this isnt the right fit for you Buddy. Go somewhere they allow pot smoking, fights and aggressive people and animals!

Kristyne from the start has kept us 100% informed in all changes or things happening in our property. Being in a smaller community, the amount of attention they bring to the tenants is highly appreciated.

BossInVegas Food Reviews: ok I will put a fair review in - the place is in a great location, the property overall is well kept and maintained. the staff is friendly and courteous. My critique is that small things tend to go unchecked for longer than they should, for ex: dog bags being out for multiple days in the park, coffee machine issues, etc. And the added on fees & surcharges on top of the rent are absolutely ridiculous. So that's why the 4 stars and not 5 stars. If they want 5 stars they can get rid of the useless ridiculous tacked on fees and pay a little more attention to detail! thanks!

Rick Rieke: Lost hot water. called maintenance & they came within the hour & had it repaired 20 minutes later. Great professional & friendly service. Garage door wouldn't work. Called maintenance & it was repaired 20 minutes later.
Leon Guzenda: One of the great things about living here is that maintenance requests are always handled quickly and with minimal fuss. Our hot water suddenly stopped being hot. The problem was a water heater thermostat and it was replaces within an hour of our reporting it. Thank You.
Armando Gonzalez Ramirez: Moved in about two weeks ago and so far the experience has been great. Jessica was responsive and quick with all my questions and paperwork for the move in. They were able to hold my apartment for me which I was grateful for. I ran into some maintenance issues and spoke to Amanda who is very chill and accommodating made me feel like I had no worries and answered all my questions. She had Chris from maintenance come out and he handled everything quick he was very polite and patient with everything I had asked about and answered all my questions so thank you. Some outer gates don't open with the remote so would be great if they get looked at. I do see dog feces a lot around which I don't understand when they provide us with bags to clean up after. Some people are just careless. Overall been great.
