Fernando Chavez (Ricco): Very quiet
James Abram: My mom was living here a couple years back. She enjoyed it but it started going downhill. But recently they had new management. And they turned everything around and it's a very clean, safe place and I highly recommend this for your parents or even yourself. I'm 71 years old right now and if I didn't have a nice apartment that I love living in I would definitely move into that place myself.

Dawn Martin: My mother has lived here I believe over 7 years now. It's always quiet and the neighbors are all so nice. At first when she moved in they we're horrible about fixing issues however since Jennifer has been Manger everything has gotten so much better she is Awesome! Same goes for Liz as her or Jen will return calls almost immediately and handle whatever problems arise. I have seen Jennifer here on her days off to check on things when there was a complaint of a gas smell or any emergencies. I know her job has to be stressful but she handles it like a pro! Definitely recommend this place for your senior loved ones.
Ginger Lee (imresponsible24u): It was conveniently located to 3 casinos, Walmart, Target, Big Lots, several plazas, a Post Office and a multitude of fast food restaurants. There were food banks nearby, parades, a large farmers market, and music in the park

Rodney Hayden: it looks like a very nice place I just stopped in there and take breaks coming back on my bicycle it's a little route run from Walmart back to my house to stop in there and very interesting and nice people enjoy it every time.

Joan Holland: Carlos replaced the knob that was mistakenly taken from an outside company and it was after hours. Rubin surprised me with an appliance replacement sooner than I thought it was going to be. That's what i call service!
Blaze Linn: Communication was good, took a while to get AC repaired but was out of maintenance control waiting for outside company. Ruben, Carlos and Patricia were very helpful.
Jerry Miranda Jr: Very good job by your maintenance. He tried everything he could to fix the problem. Right now I don’t see water leaking from the ceiling where the air filter at. 👍

Gershon Hoffman: Have lived here nearly 3 years. No issues whatsoever / very happy camper. Alex is the manager - SUPERB. Ditto for maintenance crew - Carlos and Adrian, but rarely needed. Great location / Alex and staff make it a beautiful place to live.

Christine Warner: I've lived here since 2020 just as the Covid-19 shut down happened, so I didn't get a chance to utilize all the complex has to offer. It's a senior citizen 62+ community, price point is based on your income starting around $681 for a 1b/1b, 500 sq ft unit, each unit has a washer/dryer, everything is electric!
Mike EP: Cute place. Well maintained.
Emma Breaux: Jennifer has always been kind and helpful, I think the apartments are nice for the price.
Arely Cass: Office staff is so nice and helpful.

Karen Harris: I just moved to College Villas in the last few days from out of state. During the process time, Jennifer was so helpful in every step of the way. She answered all my questions, and was very respectful and professional. She made my move very uneventful and I was pleasantly surprised. The apt is nice and should satisfy my needs nicely.
