Driving my VW with check engine light on for almost a year as other shops made wrong diagnosis and light kept coming back on or were unable to make the diagnosis. Found Master Tech online and gave them my blind trust as they promised to fix the issue. Yes, they did. It's over 4 months and the check engine light and other error lights never come back. Master Tech has great customer service. They called me after diagnosis, followed up after the repair. They will be my go-to repair shop in the future. As a woman driver, I feel comfortable working with them.

joni clawson: I would give 10 stars if possible. Arrived in Las Vegas when it was 116 out and our 3 RV air conditioners could not keep up. Called Jeff’s Rv, auto and Truck repair and Wyatt answered, responded, and was on my RV roof within 30 minutes. Wyatt and Kevin were knowledgeable, friendly, and extremely helpful. Unfortunately, 2 of our 9 year old air conditioners needed replaced. Keep in mind, I had just paid $1600 to have them serviced a month ago by National Indoor RV out of Nashville and they assured us they were fine. That was a total waste of time and money. However, Jeff’s RV repair out of Las Vegas was great. Both Wyatt and Kevin worked until everything was finished and both units were up and running . Had a couple of issues over the next few days and again they responded promptly, was extremely courteous, and made sure we were 100% satisfied. Don’t hesitate to call them if you are having any issues. They were fantastic!

Gordon Russell: I had a problem with my fridge. At the first call I was told what to expect and a technician came within the promised time. He replaced a fuse and left. It only lasted 2 hours so I called again. Long story short the real problem was not easy to find it took 2 new control boards ordered from the manufacturer and several times returning to correct the fridge. The entire time the costumer service was great, acted genuinely concerned. Acted glad to help. The final problem was found and corrected. My wife liked their personal care. I thought the final price was very reasonable. I would recommend these guys to anyone. I want to thank Sean for his knowledge and professionalism.

Emily Marie: LADIES W CAR PROBLEMS COME HERE!!! They won’t take advantage of your lack of knowledge. This place is a 12/10. They fixed issues the last place told me would require new parts just by cleaning them up for free, got me in super last minute for several repairs, overnighted parts to have multiple repairs done by the next day, very accommodating, and charged about 2/3 of what the other place told me it would be. Chris is incredible, very kind and knowledgeable, takes the time to explain both the problem and solution in a way you can understand, and overall made getting my car repaired super easy. As long as I live in vegas i’m bringing my car here 🏻EDIT: once again, these guys have saved me from scammy car people. Brandon Huiras: I took over a month looking for a shop being very critical. But Chris was very easy to work with and the shop was very welcoming. I had a super odd request, which was to bring lowering springs for a 2015 Honda CR-V. I did not say much to test to this shops knowledge. But Chris did send the quote for the spring install with an alignment. At this point, I felt comfortable taking my car to them. Every time you lower a car, you need an alignment. I was raised by and around mechanics my whole life and I have a lot of experience myself. Unfortunately, the alignment couldn’t be spot on the first time and I had to get additional parts. Chris, again came in clutch, and made sure that I ordered the correct parts for the alignment. When I came in again, the parts installed without issue, and the alignment is now within range. Other things I had them tackle was an A/C diagnostic and a rotor / pad slap on the breaks. Again with the A/C I implied it just needed charged, but I definitely knew better. And they took the car in for a diagnostic and found a failed hose. I’m really happy with these guys. My dad was a mechanic and car builder 55 years, my brother owns his own European auto shop in the California Bay Area. So being from a line of mechanics, and having done custom and normal repair work on my own vehicles I can say I trust these guys. Not to mention, I went from hating my 2015 Honda CR-V, to now enjoying it. Eddie Metcalfe: A lot of shops aren’t able to do wheel alignment in Super Duty pickups, but Sonny’s was able to accommodate my truck. I scheduled the appt via the yelp app and brought my truck down a few days later. The work took about an hour and my truck drives straight and the steering wheel is lined up perfectly. Macquelyn Green: I’ve had the most wonderful experience at imperial auto the service there was impeccable, but I must single out Susanne she went above and beyond to fix my situation she was mindful to my feelings and my frustration. There are not people like that in the world nowadays, anybody need service you need to take a look into imperial auto, the other guys, the other way to go if you have any problems when you bring it back if there’s no problem with hesitation with evaluating what might’ve went wrong. Shout out again to auto motive, especially susanne love U guys great work.
Sam Mccawley: I always went to the dealership with my vehicles. Because I thought they would give me superior workmanship. But this is the best place I have found hands down. The best mechanics friendliest staff. I will not take any of my vehicles anywhere else.

The oil was changed and she reported that the Enclave is no longer showing misfires after a 16 mile test run. I was cleared to come back and pick up the car.I was expecting to be out about $500-$1000 in repair. I was surprised to know that the total was under $200.00 and the car was running just as normal. He is the most honest and down to earth mechanic I've met. If he can't help you he'll help you figure out what's financially best for you and give you multiple options. He's pretty busy because he has a lot of customers who come to him. This is due to the good service he and his son provide.

Brad B: 6 out of 5 stars. I was passing through Vegas on an 8 hour drive and had a sudden, spontaneous coolant leak that required some hoses to be replaced. By chance, Aloha was the closest mechanic shop when I pulled off the highway. They were able to squeeze me into their VERY busy schedule and get me back on the road in just a few hours. Not only are they honest and fairly priced, they took pity on my situation and helped me out when they could have just sent me to any other mechanic nearby or told me that their schedule was too tight. I don't live in Vegas, but if I did, I would certainly be bringing my vehicle to Aloha for any future repairs. Amazing customer service and great people.
