Macquelyn Green: I’ve had the most wonderful experience at imperial auto the service there was impeccable, but I must single out Susanne she went above and beyond to fix my situation she was mindful to my feelings and my frustration. There are not people like that in the world nowadays, anybody need service you need to take a look into imperial auto, the other guys, the other way to go if you have any problems when you bring it back if there’s no problem with hesitation with evaluating what might’ve went wrong. The oil was changed and she reported that the Enclave is no longer showing misfires after a 16 mile test run. cat1 fel: Wynn and NCW Tractor parts is great to deal with. Wynn is very knowledgeable on tractors, he in not just a parts dealer, he has actually worked on the tractors he sells parts for. Wynn ships the parts and they usually arrive in 2 days from west coast to east coast. You will not use anyone else for your tractor parts after using NCW, any parts including hard to find parts for iseki, mitsubishi, yanmar etc etc. He usually has them in stock. give him a call.

MAINTENACE MCKEE: These guys are great! Price was below other places they work on European vehicles specifically brought in 2009 bmw 128i to replace front crank seal and oil pan gasket. The belt broke and pushed in the seal and asked them to take a picture of the material in the belt they did one better put the belt material found inside the engine inside a bag and allowed me to see whay came out of engine. I am sure glad I went with RG MOTORWORKS. I also asked if they could put a seal cover on that I got from the internet that prevents the seal from getting pushed in if the belt ever breaks again they installed at no extra cost. The work is warranted for 1 year. I am one that doesn't trust people to work on my vehicles I prefer to do things myself, but I felt assured with not only the quality and knowledge of the mechanic but the customer service here is excellent.

They have serviced 6 vehicles for over 15 years and never once have we had a complaint or any issues. So many times RG has proven a lot less expensive and much more honest and caring than any big box dealers. Reddy, Alician and their entire staff are amazing people!

They still replaced my water pump at a lower rate than the first shopEverything turned out perfect and I did not have to spend unnecessary money at that moment. She transferred me to someone that was able to walk me questioning. They were extremely professional and helpful when it came to getting me in to be seen in a timely manner. It only took 4 days to get me in for an appointment. I was really scared that I was something awful. So I had a friend bring my car in and was able to come to a conclusion with the mechanic that it was not my alternator. It was just a really dead battery. I'm definitely not used to this Nevada heat damaging any parts of my car. But without being said they were great and I would definitely recommend them to anybody else.

Zack at the front desk was incredibly knowledgeable and honest. I needed my car to be gone over completely before taking a road trip. They didn't find anything wrong and just changed the oil and replaced a part I asked them to replace. That was it. Many shops would have found something else to fix or replace but Sunset has a reputation for honesty. They didn't find any issues and they didn't make anything up.
