Carmenann Besio: I was in a bit of a urgent car matter my car completely felt on me as I was driving. I called Johnny D's and the receptionist was calm and helped me get through my panic. She transferred me to someone that was able to walk me questioning. They were extremely professional and helpful when it came to getting me in to be seen in a timely manner. It only took 4 days to get me in for an appointment. I was really scared that I was something awful. So I had a friend bring my car in and was able to come to a conclusion with the mechanic that it was not my alternator. It was just a really dead battery. I'm definitely not used to this Nevada heat damaging any parts of my car. But without being said they were great and I would definitely recommend them to anybody else.

I spoke with a really nice guy who told me my car is a little too old, they didn’t have the equipment they start at 96 and my lil rice burner is a 94. I was sad they are very close to my house it would have been perfect. But please go check them out they are very nice people and they service Japanese cars. They fixed issues the last place told me would require new parts just by cleaning them up for free, got me in super last minute for several repairs, overnighted parts to have multiple repairs done by the next day, very accommodating, and charged about 2/3 of what the other place told me it would be. Chris is incredible, very kind and knowledgeable, takes the time to explain both the problem and solution in a way you can understand, and overall made getting my car repaired super easy. Brandon Huiras: I took over a month looking for a shop being very critical. But Chris was very easy to work with and the shop was very welcoming. I had a super odd request, which was to bring lowering springs for a 2015 Honda CR-V. I did not say much to test to this shops knowledge. But Chris did send the quote for the spring install with an alignment. At this point, I felt comfortable taking my car to them. Every time you lower a car, you need an alignment. I was raised by and around mechanics my whole life and I have a lot of experience myself. Unfortunately, the alignment couldn’t be spot on the first time and I had to get additional parts. Chris, again came in clutch, and made sure that I ordered the correct parts for the alignment. When I came in again, the parts installed without issue, and the alignment is now within range. Other things I had them tackle was an A/C diagnostic and a rotor / pad slap on the breaks. Again with the A/C I implied it just needed charged, but I definitely knew better. And they took the car in for a diagnostic and found a failed hose. I’m really happy with these guys. My dad was a mechanic and car builder 55 years, my brother owns his own European auto shop in the California Bay Area. So being from a line of mechanics, and having done custom and normal repair work on my own vehicles I can say I trust these guys. Not to mention, I went from hating my 2015 Honda CR-V, to now enjoying it. Brad B: 6 out of 5 stars. I was passing through Vegas on an 8 hour drive and had a sudden, spontaneous coolant leak that required some hoses to be replaced. By chance, Aloha was the closest mechanic shop when I pulled off the highway. They were able to squeeze me into their VERY busy schedule and get me back on the road in just a few hours. Not only are they honest and fairly priced, they took pity on my situation and helped me out when they could have just sent me to any other mechanic nearby or told me that their schedule was too tight. I don't live in Vegas, but if I did, I would certainly be bringing my vehicle to Aloha for any future repairs. Amazing customer service and great people.

Janice Cordova: They replaced the rotors, showed me the worn rotors, changed a couple of belts, and even did me the favor of pulling out my dog leash that was stuck between the passenger seat and the center dash! All within a reasonable time limit, always professional, fair rates, and friendly smiles. One time I thought I would try another auto shop. So, so sorry I did! They didn't do what I came in for, didn't rotate my tires like they said they did, didn't replace belts like the claimed they did and charged me a fortune. Never again. I learned my expensive lesson. I will never go anywhere else when it comes to auto care! Silver State Complete Auto is trustworthy and always does an excellent job!

Grace Kelley: I've been going here for my vehicle upkeep and repair needs for years, and I am very happy with Rebel Auto. They stand behind their work and are always priced fairly. The arcade game room upstairs is also a fun place to hang out and wait for small routine maintenance stuff, especially if you have kids in tow, just remember to bring some quarters.

Long story short the car was starting to rattle when driving and knew it was the tires. Went to discount tire, twice...and they told me nothing was wrong. Someone there actually told me to come here and it was a game changer. Ty to whoever that was.I step in the garage and I instantly notice the quality of the lifts, the floor in the shop is so clean I could practically eat off it, they literally used infrared lasers to inspect my tires as well! Jeffrey Emmerich: For the first time in a very long time I did not feel as though I was ever pressured to get work done on my car that wasn't necessary. Zack at the front desk was incredibly knowledgeable and honest. I needed my car to be gone over completely before taking a road trip. They didn't find anything wrong and just changed the oil and replaced a part I asked them to replace. That was it. Many shops would have found something else to fix or replace but Sunset has a reputation for honesty. They didn't find any issues and they didn't make anything up. I'm very grateful to have found this shop. I am a lifetime customer now. All the employees were friendly and the man who gave me a ride to and from home while they worked on the car could not have been more kind.
