Long story short the car was starting to rattle when driving and knew it was the tires. Went to discount tire, twice...and they told me nothing was wrong. Someone there actually told me to come here and it was a game changer. Ty to whoever that was.I step in the garage and I instantly notice the quality of the lifts, the floor in the shop is so clean I could practically eat off it, they literally used infrared lasers to inspect my tires as well! The only shop I have ever recommended to anyone. I have been here one time, but that one time was enough to know this is a great honest shop. This was about 4 or 5 years ago to replace an intake manifold on a town car. Brought the part and they swapped it quickly. Never once tried to charge me for anything else. Elderly neighbor that also has a town car swears by this shop after I told her, and she doesnt seem easy to please lol. Just today I found myself recommending newbys to a coworker. Good to see the google reviews reflect my experience after all this time! Next time I need some work done I cant or am unwilling to do myself this is my first choice.

Macquelyn Green: I’ve had the most wonderful experience at imperial auto the service there was impeccable, but I must single out Susanne she went above and beyond to fix my situation she was mindful to my feelings and my frustration. There are not people like that in the world nowadays, anybody need service you need to take a look into imperial auto, the other guys, the other way to go if you have any problems when you bring it back if there’s no problem with hesitation with evaluating what might’ve went wrong. Shout out again to auto motive, especially susanne love U guys great work.
Sam Mccawley: I always went to the dealership with my vehicles. Because I thought they would give me superior workmanship. But this is the best place I have found hands down. The best mechanics friendliest staff. I will not take any of my vehicles anywhere else.
Rizwan Rasheed: with low oil and that an oil change is recommended.I have never heard of this but I trusted what she said. The oil was changed and she reported that the Enclave is no longer showing misfires after a 16 mile test run. I was cleared to come back and pick up the car.I was expecting to be out about $500-$1000 in repair. I was surprised to know that the total was under $200.00 and the car was running just as normal. I was able to go home without extending my stay!I am very happy with the quick and excellent service I received from everyone at Imperial Auto & Truck - a day before a major holiday. Carmenann Besio: I was in a bit of a urgent car matter my car completely felt on me as I was driving. I called Johnny D's and the receptionist was calm and helped me get through my panic. She transferred me to someone that was able to walk me questioning. They were extremely professional and helpful when it came to getting me in to be seen in a timely manner. It only took 4 days to get me in for an appointment. I was really scared that I was something awful. So I had a friend bring my car in and was able to come to a conclusion with the mechanic that it was not my alternator. It was just a really dead battery. I'm definitely not used to this Nevada heat damaging any parts of my car. But without being said they were great and I would definitely recommend them to anybody else.

Jeffrey Emmerich: For the first time in a very long time I did not feel as though I was ever pressured to get work done on my car that wasn't necessary. Zack at the front desk was incredibly knowledgeable and honest. I needed my car to be gone over completely before taking a road trip. They didn't find anything wrong and just changed the oil and replaced a part I asked them to replace. That was it. Many shops would have found something else to fix or replace but Sunset has a reputation for honesty. They didn't find any issues and they didn't make anything up. I'm very grateful to have found this shop. I am a lifetime customer now. All the employees were friendly and the man who gave me a ride to and from home while they worked on the car could not have been more kind.
