Janice Cordova: They replaced the rotors, showed me the worn rotors, changed a couple of belts, and even did me the favor of pulling out my dog leash that was stuck between the passenger seat and the center dash! All within a reasonable time limit, always professional, fair rates, and friendly smiles. One time I thought I would try another auto shop. So, so sorry I did! They didn't do what I came in for, didn't rotate my tires like they said they did, didn't replace belts like the claimed they did and charged me a fortune. Never again. I learned my expensive lesson. I will never go anywhere else when it comes to auto care! Silver State Complete Auto is trustworthy and always does an excellent job!

Macquelyn Green: I’ve had the most wonderful experience at imperial auto the service there was impeccable, but I must single out Susanne she went above and beyond to fix my situation she was mindful to my feelings and my frustration. There are not people like that in the world nowadays, anybody need service you need to take a look into imperial auto, the other guys, the other way to go if you have any problems when you bring it back if there’s no problem with hesitation with evaluating what might’ve went wrong. The oil was changed and she reported that the Enclave is no longer showing misfires after a 16 mile test run. I was cleared to come back and pick up the car.I was expecting to be out about $500-$1000 in repair. I was surprised to know that the total was under $200.00 and the car was running just as normal. Jeffrey Emmerich: For the first time in a very long time I did not feel as though I was ever pressured to get work done on my car that wasn't necessary. Zack at the front desk was incredibly knowledgeable and honest. I needed my car to be gone over completely before taking a road trip. They didn't find anything wrong and just changed the oil and replaced a part I asked them to replace. That was it. Many shops would have found something else to fix or replace but Sunset has a reputation for honesty. They didn't find any issues and they didn't make anything up. I'm very grateful to have found this shop. I am a lifetime customer now. All the employees were friendly and the man who gave me a ride to and from home while they worked on the car could not have been more kind.

Dino Audino: My sons 2013 captiva developed a terrible oil leak that caused several other issues. A real mess. Mike did an outstanding job that was very difficult. He even called chevy to see if there were any recalls due to a design defect. Because of that call, we learned that my son was sold athe car with a branded title without being told by the dealer. The bank did not examine the title either or they missed it. The bank is going all out to remedy the situation as the dealer closed its doors. If it werent for Mike's concern and extra effort, wed be in a very bad situation. No matter what happens, the repair was done with utmost detail and procedure.

I haven't had AC for 4 years and i literally cried on the way home because it was such a job well done. They even went above and beyond and fixed a few things and didn't even charge me for it! They didn't try to upsell me, or scam me in any way. Im so glad to have found a legit, honest shop in Vegas. After dealing with Not-So-Purrfect Auto off Valle Verde, they were able to properly fix the engine leak I was having that was misdiagnosed as a rear main seal. They also fixed my transfer case that wasn’t set back properly by Purrfect Auto, and saved my transmission from being completely ruined. Brad B: 6 out of 5 stars. I was passing through Vegas on an 8 hour drive and had a sudden, spontaneous coolant leak that required some hoses to be replaced. By chance, Aloha was the closest mechanic shop when I pulled off the highway. They were able to squeeze me into their VERY busy schedule and get me back on the road in just a few hours. Not only are they honest and fairly priced, they took pity on my situation and helped me out when they could have just sent me to any other mechanic nearby or told me that their schedule was too tight. I don't live in Vegas, but if I did, I would certainly be bringing my vehicle to Aloha for any future repairs. Amazing customer service and great people.

Long story short the car was starting to rattle when driving and knew it was the tires. Went to discount tire, twice...and they told me nothing was wrong. Someone there actually told me to come here and it was a game changer. Ty to whoever that was.I step in the garage and I instantly notice the quality of the lifts, the floor in the shop is so clean I could practically eat off it, they literally used infrared lasers to inspect my tires as well! Brandon Huiras: I took over a month looking for a shop being very critical. But Chris was very easy to work with and the shop was very welcoming. I had a super odd request, which was to bring lowering springs for a 2015 Honda CR-V. I did not say much to test to this shops knowledge. But Chris did send the quote for the spring install with an alignment. At this point, I felt comfortable taking my car to them. Every time you lower a car, you need an alignment. I was raised by and around mechanics my whole life and I have a lot of experience myself. Unfortunately, the alignment couldn’t be spot on the first time and I had to get additional parts. Chris, again came in clutch, and made sure that I ordered the correct parts for the alignment. When I came in again, the parts installed without issue, and the alignment is now within range. Other things I had them tackle was an A/C diagnostic and a rotor / pad slap on the breaks. Again with the A/C I implied it just needed charged, but I definitely knew better. And they took the car in for a diagnostic and found a failed hose. I’m really happy with these guys. My dad was a mechanic and car builder 55 years, my brother owns his own European auto shop in the California Bay Area. So being from a line of mechanics, and having done custom and normal repair work on my own vehicles I can say I trust these guys. Not to mention, I went from hating my 2015 Honda CR-V, to now enjoying it. Eddie Metcalfe: A lot of shops aren’t able to do wheel alignment in Super Duty pickups, but Sonny’s was able to accommodate my truck. I scheduled the appt via the yelp app and brought my truck down a few days later. The work took about an hour and my truck drives straight and the steering wheel is lined up perfectly. kailyn paschall: Best mechanic in town in my opinion. I’ve been going here for years, recommended all my friends and family to come here and no one has ever complained. This mechanic shop has never done any kind of botched jobs.They are not over priced and do a wonderful job on your car. I’m always scared when taking my car to a mechanic shop because I’ve heard horror stories, however, that’s not the case here. I recommend TLS 100%!
