gregory m Lanier: Dr fishel and his staff are absolutely incredible kind understanding and patient in my opinion this is the best place in Las Vegas for pain care I personally recommend them to anyone when I went there I could hardly stand and now I feel much much better thank you again the doctors and staff Greg Lanier
Joel Kleinman: Instead of having spinal surgery, I decided to try an epidural first.I was sent to Michael Fishell. I found him to be an excellent doctor, who listens well. The staff is very good in listening and providing directions. The Epidural injection went very well, but I would not recommend as I did to avoid the mild anesthesia . It can get a bit painful If you have severe stenosis like I have. Anyway a day later so far the pain level in my buttocks and legs is down about 50%

Mark Silver: I have a very painful degenerative spinal condition affecting my lower back for which surgery and pain killers have not been helpful. About every 12 months though, I get a Radio Frequency Nerve Ablation from Dr. Fishell which does help immensely. The procedure is done in house in the surgery center upstairs from his office. They put me out so I feel no pain during the ablation and I'm usually in and out in a few hours. Dr. Fishell is competent, and so is his very friendly and accommodating staff which is almost never the case in the Vegas area. I have never had a billing problem either. I highly recommend Advanced Paincare.

Dr. Fishell has always been a true professional and always very courteous. His assistant Denise is fantastic, always takes the time to answers any questions we have & addresses any concerns that may come up. All staff are very courteous and we actually feel at home there. Dr. Fishell and staff in our opinion are the best Pain Management in Henderson and Las Vegas. Thank you for always being there for us!
Ronald Kacir: In 2015 I broke my back in a car accident and while at the trauma center I was also diagnosed with lung cancer in my right lung. When I was referred to Dr. Fishell for my back problem, during my first 1 hour interview he spent 2/3 of the time discussing my cancer. Unlike most doctors he was concerned for my over all health, not just his own area of service. I am happy to say I am now cancer free, but Dr. Fishell handles my continuing back problems and always asks about my other medical problems and assist me when he can. He is definitely one of the most caring doctors in the valley. He also has a great staff to assist him. I think so much of him & his staff, that in my 74 years of life so far, this is the 1st review I have ever written.
Sandy Dewees: During Covid 19 I really appreciate not having to come out in public for a doctor appointment. I didn’t think I would like the video chat for appointments but I do plus the ease of them electronically sending prescriptions to the pharmacy. Thank you to his staff for their compassion when your not feeling your best.
Chuck Little: Best pain management doctor I’ve been to in many years. Listens well. Explores options and is connected with top surgeons in the area. I’m not a fan of opioids - so we work well together. His office staff are excellent. Finally a doctor you can talk to and not feel like you’re being rushed out to get to the next patient.

Shelby Tarun: Dr Sharma and his staff were so sweet and attentive. They took their time and listened to what I needed. The appointment was quick and I was in and out. I drove from northwest and don’t mind driving to see someone who finally listens to me and what my body needs!
AnnJean: I have been with Dr. Sharma and Dr.Parikh for over 15 yrs. I’m always in pain, You have to understand they are dealing with people in pain, and sometimes they get irritated so easily. Dr.Sharma and Dr. Parich are very nice. Everyone I recommended to go to them is very satisfied. They are normal people like us. They have bad days and good days, The front desk employees are very nice, and every time I walk in I always greet them with ‘good morning or good afternoon. It takes two to tango. If I walk into a Drs. Office and there were only two people waiting, I'm out of there. That means they are not good Doctors.

I'm extremely happy with both of them. Dr. Parikh explains things to me and makes sure I understand everything before anything is done. He's always given me the time that I've needed to understand everything that's going on with me. He truly cares for his patient and I'm eternally grateful for all he has done to help relieve my pain. Thank you Dr. Parikh for all you do and the staff at the front desk also for being caring with all of us that go in there in pain and they understand why we're a tad moody. Jeri Little: I have been going here for 6 years and I have been taken care of very well! I love Dr. Fabito and Ariel Dunson. She goes beyond to help me everytime I see her. I couldn't have asked for better care!! People that say rude and nasty things I chalk it up to, "hurt people hurt people" And the front staff do their job and if they are busy they will apologize and will help as well!!

I've been a patient for more years than I care to remember. I too could barely handle the wait. Back then the office wait was horrendous, also. I am so glad that I waited, and waited more. Things are much more organized now, so office waits are short. Just remember, good things come to those who wait. I know I'm glad that I did.

Lori Palazzolo: . He tried several different types of injections in several areas of his hip with no relief. He could not walk or stand without excruciating pain after a few minutes. Even sitting at times on certain chairs was painful. We declined invites from friends due to his not being able to walk the strip, go to the museum or even just go on a walk.Dr. Fabito listened and redid his MRI. He spent a lot of time reviewing his old records and MRIs with us explaining that he disagreed with the other doctors and wanted to do an epidural in his spine. He shared that Dr. Hardie would be able to do his epidural if he could not. The day we picked, Dr. Fabito was not able to do the epidural so Dr. Hardie did. She was great. She took the time to explain to him every step and met with us again after.It’s been a little over two weeks and I cannot say any more than I feel so blessed to have found them. My husband is 90% better and has his life back. We are now going on walks together and he is finally out of pain and off all pain meds.I cannot thank them enough for everything they and the office has done for him. I got my husband back and can’t be more thankful.Great practice and great office staff. A big heartfelt Thank You. We appreciate you all.

Karen Kryst: Dr. Vogel is extremely compassionate and knowledgeable. He is the only Doctor who has been able to diagnose, and most importantly, treat the chronic pain that I've suffered with for decades. He truly cares about his patients. He listens intently, and is empathetic about your condition. I trust him completely because he has proven his pain management expertise, when no other physicians have been able to bring me any relief. Admittedly, there used to be extremely long wait times to see him. I believe that was because he sincerely wants to help people who are in chronic pain and doesn't rush his appointments with his patients. He has since corrected that problem in the past year and the wait time hasn't been longer than 30 minutes. If you are struggling with chronic pain, please make an appointment with Dr. Vogel. He provides excellent care to his patients.
Holly Speirs: I have been to several other pain doctors in Vegas. Dr vogel is the BEST. Yes, the office staff has issues, but they are under a lot of pressure. I do hate not being able to get anyone by phone. Doctor is trying to fix that. But having a doctor who listens & is knowledgeable & truly compassionate is AMAZING & trump's everything else. Think it's actually part of my pain control; knowing if/when a problem comes up he'll know what to do. I like that he's conservative & customizes treatment to your needs & wants.

B A: So glad I found this place. They actually do something for your pain. IV push, Trigger Point injections... My doctor before them did absolutely nothing. With the MRI's I've had done, I've finally found out what's going on with my knees and back.

He is truly trying to help me and explore all my options! While many times their doctors go on some type of rotation and it's a gamble who you get. Try to schedule with Dr Khemka. You won't be sorry.

Black Mink Hair: I think the staff is great. The facility in Henderson is clean. When I need paperwork for any reason I have no problem getting it. The phone system needs to be better but other then that no complaints.

Lisa Hamrick: I have had several pain management doctors and I have to say not 1 comes close to Dr. Campbell, his staff and my overall experience at his office from beginning to end. His compassion, knowledge and willingness to really listen to his patients was a more than welcome surprise. He started me on a treatment plan and for the first time I have hope for a more productive life in the future. Not just gobbling pain killers. His office has a peaceful feeling as soon as you enter unlike many offices that seem like a chaotic money making Mill. His "bedside manner" is calming, respectful and kind while being professional as he thoroughly explains procedures. I highly recommend Dr. Campbell and his entire office staff to anyone in need of understanding their ailment and receiving proper care and treatment. We need more doctors like Dr. Campbell as he is a rarity... As he walked out the door he turned and said "God is good" it was like the icing on the cake!!!

Heather Simbrat: I started going to Arial a few years ago when my other dr decide to move out of Vegas and I couldn’t be more happier , she has always been a listening ear if I’m having pain or need to know something , she doesn’t look at me like I’m an addict when it comes to my medication, she understands and going to her was the best decision I could of made , she’s an amazing PA. The ladies in the office are amazing as well they are always excited to see my daughter Charlotte and welcome her with open arms. It’s amazing being able to find a doctor and Office that treats you like family , I would definitely recommend to everyone !!

I had one right before my injection and Fabito was kind enough to stop and say lets do this tomorrow.He perscribed anti anxiety medication after he saw my heart rate was through the roof. They got me in the following day and the procedure went so smoothly.I got my life back and was able to walk again. I was crying tears of joy. Defiently choose this team. They have you in mind.

dd godfrey: Wow! Dr. Fabito just performed an RFA on my back. The pain relief is so exciting!! He is absolutely one smart man with loads of experience. You can trust him to choose which treatment is right for you. This is what he does every day. And he is good at it! I love being able to have my life back. I appreciate Dr. Fabito and all of his staff. They are the best!Sometimes my constant pain changes the way I am thinking about things. I often say things that I shouldn't because of my mind set from pain. It is a difficult situation to be in pain everytime you move. So if I have said anything that was offensive, I'm sorry. The pain made me do it! Lol
Carrie Garlick: I would give 5 stars for patient care,I absolutely love Dr.Fabito however they are still requiring masks and if you don't have one they make you pay for it. If you require something you should provide it. If you don't have one and are disabled and get dropped off you are made to wait outside in 100 degree weather. I am extremely disappointed as to how this is being taken care of.

If you ever had a dr. that didn’t listen to your concerns you know how that feels. I no longer dread my appointments after leaving my previous dr. If you left a rating under 4 stars for this office that is completely unfair. It is NOT the drs responsibility to get you/keep you high off of medication that isn’t what this office is for! It also makes it much harder for the people that actually need medication to get it. HIGHLY recommend this office. You won’t be disappointed
