B A: So glad I found this place. They actually do something for your pain. IV push, Trigger Point injections... My doctor before them did absolutely nothing. With the MRI's I've had done, I've finally found out what's going on with my knees and back.
Noah G: Excellent pain center, don’t know why there so many negative reviews, they are quick, I get in to the back within 15 mins. The front staff is nice and the doctor is fantastic and is very understanding of their patients. Also the surgery center is also fantastic and got in not even 5 minutes for my knee shot. Definitely recommend to anyone

NV NATIVE: Dr. Khemka is outstanding! He really listens to your issues and EXPLAINS things in layman's terms. I don't feel like I'm being talked down to - as I have by many other doctors. He is truly trying to help me and explore all my options! While many times their doctors go on some type of rotation and it's a gamble who you get. Try to schedule with Dr Khemka. You won't be sorry.

Front desk staff and MA very knowledgeable. I continue to refer my family and co workers to the Las Vegas Pain institute!

C_Tereas_ Darlin': One thing I've noticed since the The DEA has gotten in the middle of doctors Diagnosing and it would be unable to write certain medicine people who are misusing them don't have it readily available but in the long run it's hurting people like myself who has genuine daily pain And still have to jump through hoops every time I go, not complaining.... But my point is that I don't know how to paint actually address the problem for the people that need it truly truly and there are advocates for their patients there patients. I have Never had an instant with a doctor there that wasn't just genuinely nice and helpful. If you deal with chronic pain I would Absolutely suggest no matter paying care. Their doctors are Great especially since you never really feel judged I judged at least I haven't. All in all I've been with the pain clinic for a few years now and I have had nothing but good things to say about them.

I walked in crippled in pain where my referral department for my primary care doctor is making me wait almost 3 months the people were so nice here they got my x-rays and information and I was able to get trigger point injections in my neck the very first visit wear after not being able to turn my head for five months was able to finally begin to move the next morningI don’t know what to say about the staff except they’re wonderful…Jennifer makes sure all my referrals were done… it’s processed through insurance so I can pay the least amount possible for my recovery while I’m trying to get better after a huge injuryi’m so glad I found this place and these people thank you Dr. A…..You’re freaking amazing

Shelby Tarun: Dr Sharma and his staff were so sweet and attentive. They took their time and listened to what I needed. The appointment was quick and I was in and out. I drove from northwest and don’t mind driving to see someone who finally listens to me and what my body needs!
AnnJean: I have been with Dr. Sharma and Dr.Parikh for over 15 yrs. I’m always in pain, You have to understand they are dealing with people in pain, and sometimes they get irritated so easily. Dr.Sharma and Dr. Parich are very nice. Everyone I recommended to go to them is very satisfied. They are normal people like us. They have bad days and good days, The front desk employees are very nice, and every time I walk in I always greet them with ‘good morning or good afternoon. It takes two to tango. If I walk into a Drs. Office and there were only two people waiting, I'm out of there. That means they are not good Doctors.
Alba Goodlow: I've been with Advanced Pain Mngmt about 8+ years. Started as a patient of Dr. Sharma and I'm currently being treated by Dr. Parikh I'd say for about 5years. I'm extremely happy with both of them. Dr. Parikh explains things to me and makes sure I understand everything before anything is done. He's always given me the time that I've needed to understand everything that's going on with me. He truly cares for his patient and I'm eternally grateful for all he has done to help relieve my pain. Thank you Dr. Parikh for all you do and the staff at the front desk also for being caring with all of us that go in there in pain and they understand why we're a tad moody. I appreciate all of you at Pecos & Charleston locations.

gregory m Lanier: Dr fishel and his staff are absolutely incredible kind understanding and patient in my opinion this is the best place in Las Vegas for pain care I personally recommend them to anyone when I went there I could hardly stand and now I feel much much better thank you again the doctors and staff Greg Lanier
Joel Kleinman: Instead of having spinal surgery, I decided to try an epidural first.I was sent to Michael Fishell. I found him to be an excellent doctor, who listens well. The staff is very good in listening and providing directions. The Epidural injection went very well, but I would not recommend as I did to avoid the mild anesthesia . It can get a bit painful If you have severe stenosis like I have. Anyway a day later so far the pain level in my buttocks and legs is down about 50%

Mark Silver: I have a very painful degenerative spinal condition affecting my lower back for which surgery and pain killers have not been helpful. About every 12 months though, I get a Radio Frequency Nerve Ablation from Dr. Fishell which does help immensely. The procedure is done in house in the surgery center upstairs from his office. They put me out so I feel no pain during the ablation and I'm usually in and out in a few hours. Dr. Fishell is competent, and so is his very friendly and accommodating staff which is almost never the case in the Vegas area. I have never had a billing problem either. I highly recommend Advanced Paincare.

Dr. Fishell has always been a true professional and always very courteous. His assistant Denise is fantastic, always takes the time to answers any questions we have & addresses any concerns that may come up. All staff are very courteous and we actually feel at home there. Dr. Fishell and staff in our opinion are the best Pain Management in Henderson and Las Vegas. Thank you for always being there for us!
Ronald Kacir: In 2015 I broke my back in a car accident and while at the trauma center I was also diagnosed with lung cancer in my right lung. When I was referred to Dr. Fishell for my back problem, during my first 1 hour interview he spent 2/3 of the time discussing my cancer. Unlike most doctors he was concerned for my over all health, not just his own area of service. I am happy to say I am now cancer free, but Dr. Fishell handles my continuing back problems and always asks about my other medical problems and assist me when he can. He is definitely one of the most caring doctors in the valley. He also has a great staff to assist him. I think so much of him & his staff, that in my 74 years of life so far, this is the 1st review I have ever written.
Sandy Dewees: During Covid 19 I really appreciate not having to come out in public for a doctor appointment. I didn’t think I would like the video chat for appointments but I do plus the ease of them electronically sending prescriptions to the pharmacy. Thank you to his staff for their compassion when your not feeling your best.
Chuck Little: Best pain management doctor I’ve been to in many years. Listens well. Explores options and is connected with top surgeons in the area. I’m not a fan of opioids - so we work well together. His office staff are excellent. Finally a doctor you can talk to and not feel like you’re being rushed out to get to the next patient.
