Frances Arellano: The staff have and do treat me with the utmost respect. Dr. Andrea is always busy, but never too busy. That is something I appreciate. Some providers do know how to balance that. They have grown the staff, but the degree of respect, professionalism, and concern for their patients has not changed. Even if they may receive calls several times a day or week, their professionalism and courtesy is always given. Thank you ladies and I think there is a gentleman there now too. I truly appreciate you all for all that you do. Oh course that includes Dr. Andrea. Thank you and I appreciate you all so very much.

The ladies at the front are very helpful, polite, and kind.Appointments are easy to make and not usually a long wait.I had to get blood work done but forgot my paperwork when I arrived at Quest Diagnostics. I called the office and one of the ladies at the front faxed it to Quest for me immediately.

Dr. Rob truly cares about his patients. Shelby Tarun: Dr Sharma and his staff were so sweet and attentive. They took their time and listened to what I needed. The appointment was quick and I was in and out. I drove from northwest and don’t mind driving to see someone who finally listens to me and what my body needs!

They have bad days and good days, The front desk employees are very nice, and every time I walk in I always greet them with ‘good morning or good afternoon. It takes two to tango. If I walk into a Drs. Office and there were only two people waiting, I'm out of there. That means they are not good Doctors.
Alba Goodlow: I've been with Advanced Pain Mngmt about 8+ years. Started as a patient of Dr. Sharma and I'm currently being treated by Dr. Parikh I'd say for about 5years. I'm extremely happy with both of them. Dr. Parikh explains things to me and makes sure I understand everything before anything is done. He's always given me the time that I've needed to understand everything that's going on with me. He truly cares for his patient and I'm eternally grateful for all he has done to help relieve my pain. Dr Lipman has gone above and beyond just treating my chronic condition; he has helped in my over all health. The man worked 100 hour weeks during covid and still took care of his patients. Amazing. And, his staff!!! Anyone living in the Vegas valley knows that getting appointments in a timely manner is a nightmare. I was an airline pilot with a wacky schedule and was never able to book appointments months in advance, yet his staff always found a way to accommodate me. Thank you Dr. Lipman, you're the best!!!!

T'Anna Tefft: so she gives me the number for an infectious disease specialist who does take Medicaid and we get off the phone, the other office was closed, I called today they need a referral from Dr lipmans office, but they won't send a referral because I wasn't seen in the office so the hospital has to send the referral. Update*** Dr. Lipman, Called me personally apologized for all the drama I dealt with. I commend him for taking the time to personally contact me and make things right, we need more Drs like him in the industry!
elton marvin: Dr. Lipman took time, explained what was going to be done, What my follow up would be and got me well in spite of another Dr. that was going to release me after one IV of antibiotics which turned out to be the wrong antibiotic for what I had. Dr. Lipman came in to have a look, ordered some tests and blood work. Turned out I had a Staph. Infection and spent the next three days in the hospital and ten days every morning in his office weekends included, where antibiotics were administered by one of his nurses and a dose every night at home. I have great respect for what he did for me and my road back to being healthy again. God Bless Dr. Lipman

Karen Kryst: Dr. Vogel is extremely compassionate and knowledgeable. He is the only Doctor who has been able to diagnose, and most importantly, treat the chronic pain that I've suffered with for decades. He truly cares about his patients. He listens intently, and is empathetic about your condition. I trust him completely because he has proven his pain management expertise, when no other physicians have been able to bring me any relief. Admittedly, there used to be extremely long wait times to see him. I believe that was because he sincerely wants to help people who are in chronic pain and doesn't rush his appointments with his patients. He has since corrected that problem in the past year and the wait time hasn't been longer than 30 minutes. If you are struggling with chronic pain, please make an appointment with Dr. Vogel. He provides excellent care to his patients.
Holly Speirs: I have been to several other pain doctors in Vegas. Dr vogel is the BEST. Yes, the office staff has issues, but they are under a lot of pressure. I do hate not being able to get anyone by phone. Doctor is trying to fix that. But having a doctor who listens & is knowledgeable & truly compassionate is AMAZING & trump's everything else. Think it's actually part of my pain control; knowing if/when a problem comes up he'll know what to do. I like that he's conservative & customizes treatment to your needs & wants.

Jocelyn Pfau-Kristy: . This particular fertility doctor told me at age 29 that I needed a two egg retrieval cycle with IVF due to my egg count being lower than what it was for my age. We were ready to take out a second on our home to fund the procedure. Sadly, I then got pregnant a third time and experienced a third miscarriage. We were dead set on the procedure offered to us until a family member suggested a second opinion. Fast forward to getting that second opinion .... from Dr. Fisch!! He said I DID NOT need IVF and he started me on Clomid days 3-7. I was producing 3 eggs per cycle but was not getting pregnant. On the fourth cycle, we decided on an IUI with Clomid. On May 5th of this year, my twin girls turned FOURTEEN!!! They are now about to enter high school, and they are as healthy as can be. Due to my success, I referred two friends to Dr. Fisch, and they TOO both became pregnant with a set of twins. Dr. Fisch gave me hope when I thought there was NONE left. He did the SAME for my friends. I cannot recommend him HIGHLY enough!! I have delighted in being a twin mother over the years, and this is all due to Dr. Fisch and his staff. THANK YOU!!!
Kari F: This review is definitely long overdue 😂 Thanks to Dr. Fisch and his friendly staff, my husband and I were able to conceive through IVF. We were fortunate enough to have to only go through the process once and we now have a beautiful boy… who’s is now 4 years old! Hence the long overdue remark. 😂 we are so grateful, for Dr.Fisch’s knowledge and experience in such a difficult field.My husband and I both were no spring chicken during this process either, I was 39 and 40, when I gave birth. My husband is older too. We are so thankful we decided to try IVF and chose Dr. Fisch… hope wasn’t lost, even after almost 10 years of trying before we had our son.

Daphne P: Im a new patient and the care was very friendly and professional . From check in it was a smooth check in with Isela. Tee was excellent as well as Dr. Horton. They both were great from checking everything and explained all my medical needs. And Leilani was great with communicating on which place I wanted to go for my imaging. Overall I would definitely return for my medical care.
