Michael Khan: The hard drive failed on my wife's laptop. Carl offered to pickup, fix and deliver the computer at my residence for a price that was competitive with BB in the store shop. The computer was picked and fixed. We had a little issue with delivery but the computer worked flawlessly. I would recommend Carl if you are flexible on time.
mike ankoviak: I had broken the power port and could not power on my laptop 😫. I brought it to Carl and he got me a replacement power port . Carl also mentioned to replace my hard drive and memory with a new ssd, and flawlessly migrating windows and all programs. He also scanned my system for malware/ malicious software and removed it before it could cause any major problems. He did a great job keeping me informed. My 7 yr old Toshiba laptop works better than new!Thanks Carl 😊he really does provide A Plus experience . I will be using his services again!

Gabriel Aguirre: A Mad Scientist when it comes to diagnosis' and troubleshooting. If u have anything that no one been able to fix bring it to him. Honest friendly and competitive pricing. He fixed my expensive 27in touch screen and recommended some easy but effective add-ons that extremely imporved the computer. Definitely recommend, but he is an independent shop, working put his home.
A O: Reimaged my hard drive cluster by cluster that was failing. Removed iTunes that was corrupting my OS. He also removed all the bloatware off my system. Upgraded my desktop with a500w power supply, blazing fast ddr3 memory, new super fast solid state drive. Always made 😃 sure I knew the status of my computer. Absolutely fantastic service.

Mary Gajdos: Don’t be afraid to patronize this store. Just because it looks small on the outside; the friendliness, courtesy and knowledge of the staff is HUGE. They were welcoming when I arrived and most helpful with a battery replacement for my cellphone. Being an old lady my technology knowledge is very limited but the three young men checked my cellphone, ordered the needed battery and installed it when it arrived. I recommend them completely.

John Reade: Called Computer Medics this morning 8/23/2023 around 8:30am. Was having trouble with my keyboard and needed a few other issues to be resolved. Appointment was set up for 10:15am the same morning. Computer tech arrived on time, fixed my computer issues within and hour. Been using this business for the last 15 years and never had a problem. Friendly service at a reasonable price!!! Thank you Stephen!!!

Gary Gruen: We had a disaster with a corrupted hard drive...We called Steve late in the afternoon and spoke to Steve. We made an appointment for the next day and Steve arrived right on time. A good deal of time was spent resurrecting the computer with a new hard drive. Bottom line: Steve is Great !! Very personable, knowledgeable, and honest...Had to call Steve again next day to have him take control of my computer for some very minor glitches....The computer is 100%, as is Steve and Computer Medics ...Great work !!!!
