Brian Thammavong: I bought a Canon RF 24-70mm f2.8 lens online for store pick up on August 22nd 2023. I picked up the product yesterday and when I opened it, there was not a lens inside the box. It was a bunch of blue rags with a bottle of what I believe is hand sanitizer or alcohol rub. I am really upset because the last few times I bought lenses here it was in the box. I would believe Best Buy is on this type of stuff. Mind you, these lens cost an arm and a leg so I am going in today to see what they can do about it.8/23/23Update:Best Buy did replace this lens for me so I am grateful and thankful for that. The team was nice and respectful about it. Thanks again. I will update my stars to only 4 because I believe this should not have happened in the first place but I get it stuff happens.

I was expecting to see overpriced everything, honestly, what isn’t marked up 1billion% these days? I was pleasantly surprised at some very fair prices, and dare I say, great deals. Y’all. I swear. We just paid $2000 for this refrigerator, a price which I was stoked to get. It’s cheaper here!!! Way to be Best Buy, we will be back soon.

Chris Barnes: Cliff came out to our house on a Sunday which was great for us. Went to work right away to hook up our printer to all of our phones in our home computer. Mary Gajdos: Don’t be afraid to patronize this store. Just because it looks small on the outside; the friendliness, courtesy and knowledge of the staff is HUGE. They were welcoming when I arrived and most helpful with a battery replacement for my cellphone. Being an old lady my technology knowledge is very limited but the three young men checked my cellphone, ordered the needed battery and installed it when it arrived. I recommend them completely.

Barry: First of all let me say to Chris, I apologize for the delay in doing this!! This guy is amazing. I have a 7 year old HP all in One that was running sluggish. I called Chris, made a prompt appointment and he was Johnny on the Spot!! He took at look at my HDD and seen the issue immediately, offered some suggestions and we made the decision to replace the HDD with a SSD, problem solved!! the turn around time was quick, the system works like new again.
