Chris Barnes: Cliff came out to our house on a Sunday which was great for us. Went to work right away to hook up our printer to all of our phones in our home computer. They were welcoming when I arrived and most helpful with a battery replacement for my cellphone. Being an old lady my technology knowledge is very limited but the three young men checked my cellphone, ordered the needed battery and installed it when it arrived. I recommend them completely.

Carl also mentioned to replace my hard drive and memory with a new ssd, and flawlessly migrating windows and all programs. He also scanned my system for malware/ malicious software and removed it before it could cause any major problems. He did a great job keeping me informed. He fixed my expensive 27in touch screen and recommended some easy but effective add-ons that extremely imporved the computer. Definitely recommend, but he is an independent shop, working put his home.
A O: Reimaged my hard drive cluster by cluster that was failing. Removed iTunes that was corrupting my OS. He also removed all the bloatware off my system. Upgraded my desktop with a500w power supply, blazing fast ddr3 memory, new super fast solid state drive. Always made 😃 sure I knew the status of my computer. Absolutely fantastic service.

Poutasi Aimaasu: I took in my laptop for repair, and unfortunately my laptop screen broke in the process of it being repaired. However, the owner was very honest about the incident, and took responsibility for the screen breaking, and even offered to make the repair free as compensation. All in all however, my laptop was not salvageable, but he replaced it with another one, transferred all my data and got everything back to me without any issue. Everything is working great, and I still have a laptop. I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone dealing with any issues with their laptop/computers.

Gerardo Avalos: I was refereed by the Veterans Administration to obtain a laptop when attending school under the Gi Bill. The laptop served me for years while in school and then years more once I hit the workforce. When I had an issue with the printer I got along with it they replaced it for free as well.Great and timely service with a high degree of integrity that is rare to find now a days. Which is why years later when I need the same laptop serviced for the first time there is only one place I would trust to take it to. My google search brought me here and I can't move on without leaving a review, they earned it years ago and I'm sorry I'm just now getting around to it.

THIS IS NOT THAT.10 minutes is all it took him to diagnose and fix a hardware upgrade problem I had spent a week trying to solve, on a gaming desktop belonging to my kids friend.Prior to calling him, I had talked to Western Digital, Microsoft, and Acer "support"...all with no luck.Robert has a thorough understanding of what he is doing, which is apparent by the way he makes it look so easy...to him, it probably is.The amazing part is when he sends me on my way, desktop in hand, fixed, and without charging me. in and out in under 20 minutes.For contrast and clarity, Acer, the manufacturer, wanted $530.00 just to physically look at it.I tip my hat to this man. Appointment was set up for 10:15am the same morning. Computer tech arrived on time, fixed my computer issues within and hour. Been using this business for the last 15 years and never had a problem.
