Steven Butters: Timely, professional and cared about my issues. I was concerned when I called and ended up holding for a minute for an agent but the agent was knowledgeable, efficiently routed my call to the team on the ground. Made two appointments this week, one of which I canceled, as I didn’t think I need it. My first call, someone was ready to be at my door within 2 hours of the call. The second time within 6 hours of my call. my second call, the team was busy and I had to leave a message and received a return call within 15 minutes. Once they arrived and took care of all my issues, it was such great service, that I signed up for the VIP program and received a discount on todays service. I feel confident that I will be in good hands for my future needs and the program seems like a good value.

Bruce Timson: Air conditioning went out in the middle of the night. Called Padilla AC that installed the AC Unit 6 years ago at 7am and the phone was answered by Max of Carl's Airconditioning who purchased Padilla AC when he retired 3 years ago.Max was super efficient and got us on the service call list. She called us at 10:30am and said technician Gabriel was on the way.He arrived at 11am and identified the problem immediately as a capacitor the burned out. Replaced it, found that it was still under warranty and by 12 noon we had a cool home again. He also checked freon levels while he was at it. The total cost was the amount quoted by Max for the initial call out.What an amazing experience. Be sure to call Carl's when in need of honest and high quality AC service or repairs.

So when my home AC went down, I thought I’d see how they do with residential.I got the same excellent service for my home, as I receive for the business.Their tech, Anthony was very professional, and had the parts on hand, so no waiting. This was great, as it was one of the more difficult parts to obtain.I can trust them with both a multimillion dollar facility and my home. It doesn’t get much better than that.I can say without a doubt this is my AC company of choice for properties in Nevada.

Everything has worked perfectly since then. Prior to thatI had to wait for at least a week every time to get help from my home warranty company. . Flamingo heating and cooling charges me the same thing for maintenance as my home warranty company charged. Flamingo heating and air conditioning Produces lasting Results. The home warranty people did a Poor job. I will never call anybody but flamingo cooling and heating from now on. They are honest and reliable.
