I was concerned when I called and ended up holding for a minute for an agent but the agent was knowledgeable, efficiently routed my call to the team on the ground. Made two appointments this week, one of which I canceled, as I didn’t think I need it. My first call, someone was ready to be at my door within 2 hours of the call. The second time within 6 hours of my call. my second call, the team was busy and I had to leave a message and received a return call within 15 minutes. Once they arrived and took care of all my issues, it was such great service, that I signed up for the VIP program and received a discount on todays service. I feel confident that I will be in good hands for my future needs and the program seems like a good value.
