The installation of the new furnace and a/c went smoothly. Their bid wasn't the lowest price. Tim Perry: From initial contact to installation everything went smooth. I voiced my concerns about my old dying unit to them and we quickly came up with a plan. On the same day I had a technician out to measure for the new unit and an estimate. 2 days later I had a crew of technicians out at my house installing the new unit. Bruce Timson: Air conditioning went out in the middle of the night. Called Padilla AC that installed the AC Unit 6 years ago at 7am and the phone was answered by Max of Carl's Airconditioning who purchased Padilla AC when he retired 3 years ago.Max was super efficient and got us on the service call list. She called us at 10:30am and said technician Gabriel was on the way.He arrived at 11am and identified the problem immediately as a capacitor the burned out. Replaced it, found that it was still under warranty and by 12 noon we had a cool home again. He also checked freon levels while he was at it. The total cost was the amount quoted by Max for the initial call out.What an amazing experience. Be sure to call Carl's when in need of honest and high quality AC service or repairs.

Jason Goble: were too great for the initial crew to complete the job in one day as originally anticipated. I firmly believe that the true test of a contractor is how they respond when things don't go as planned. I have seen contractors walk away from a job, take short cuts and do shoddy work, or get defensive and refuse to take responsibility for issues. That is NOT what Controlled Comfort did. We experienced nothing but professionalism and concern starting with Ralph the general manager, and extending to all the employees we interacted with. They worked tirelessly to remedy the issues. They brought several portable cooling units to help keep us comfortable, they offered to put us up in a hotel, and performed maintenance on our second AC unit at no charge to make sure we were getting everything out of it that we could. When the job was done to our satisfaction, they settled the bill in a fair manner taking into account the difficulties we had. Jonathan Scollo: Superior is super cool! My AC went out yesterday afternoon and it needed to be replaced due to two separate leaks of refrigerant in the coils. Moises identified the issue, provided a resolution and delivered! Within 24hrs after the air conditioner went down, we have a brand new AC installed and beating the heat today. Kudos to Moises and team. Easy to work with and professional.

Charles Sperling: Totally stellar service. These guys were the only people to actually pick up the phone in the middle of the night when our unit went out. Lee showed up quickly, diagnosed the issue almost immediately, and then stayed to conduct a complete multi-point inspection to make sure we wouldn't have to call again anytime soon for anything preventable. Both Lee and his leadership Dennis displayed fantastic professionalism, courtesy and customer service. I sure hope I never have to call anyone for service on my A/C again, but if I do, I know who to trust.
