Steven Butters: Timely, professional and cared about my issues. I was concerned when I called and ended up holding for a minute for an agent but the agent was knowledgeable, efficiently routed my call to the team on the ground. Made two appointments this week, one of which I canceled, as I didn’t think I need it. My first call, someone was ready to be at my door within 2 hours of the call. The second time within 6 hours of my call. my second call, the team was busy and I had to leave a message and received a return call within 15 minutes. Once they arrived and took care of all my issues, it was such great service, that I signed up for the VIP program and received a discount on todays service. I feel confident that I will be in good hands for my future needs and the program seems like a good value.

There was no extra cost to my job because of the small space he had to work within and his crew members were professional and great the whole time they were in my home. I highly recommend Complete Temperature Services for all your needs and maintenance as well as install a new AC and Heater system. Complete Temperature Service is honest, fair and very inexpensive. My new systems, cost less than $10,000 for new Heating system and AC. They are the best to deal with in Las Vegas.

Our power bills kept climbing into the $300’s. That’s when we contacted the amazing team at Control Air LLC. They were extremely professional, knowledgeable and polite. Joe and Matt did an excellent job installing our new York Air Conditioner. They worked all day to make sure our house was cool for our family. They worked tirelessly in the middle of extreme summer heatwave of 2023. They offered to wear socks over their shoes to keep my floor clean. Joey was able to get system up and running then gave us many options of how to replace motor because the unit is very old.
