The charge lasted all day with on and off use of the scooter. We used them inside the hotels and outside on the sidewalks. Frank dropped them off and picked them up on time. We had a little bit of issues with the child sized wheelchair that my dad picked out for my mom to ride around in around the strip, but even after having a blowout on a tire, Nick took great care of us! We will definitely be renting from these guys soon! However next time, we will tell dad to skip out on the discount for a smaller chair and get one that is adult sizes.

I'll make this short and simple...very reasonable prices... cheaper than Everything Medical on their compression socks and even the mobility scooter repair estimate was so much less... They were very helpful and great customer service.. I will definitely be back when needed..
This place provided the best possible customer service. We chose to visit them while looking for a lift for my mom's mobility scooter and since they showed up on Yelp we headed on over. They knew exactly what was needed for my mom's car and they got it all done the next day!
Amazing customer service! Tom was working by himself on the Saturday we stopped by but greeted everyone at the door, all while he handled us and 4 other customers. We went there for a manual blood pressure cuff, but saw that they carry a variety of stethoscopes, nebulizer machines and compression socks too!

Bob Strong: Nearly 18 months ago, I bought an oxygen concentrator from MedMo. This was an emergency purchase, because my wife was diagnosed with congestive heart failure while on a road trip from Portland OR to Dallas TX. Her attending physician told me to make sure she had oxygen during our return drive to Portland.The service I received during the purchase was good, but nothing stood out as exceptional. Now, a year and a half later, the device needs warranty repair and I needed a copy of the sales receipt. Fortunately, I had attached the store manager's business card to the instruction manual. As soon as I explained the issue to him, he quickly volunteered to send a copy of the receipt and the prescription, since I had misplaced both of them. They were waiting for me in my inbox the following morning when I checked my email. Now, that is what I consider exceptional service!

They took the time to call the manufacturer to find out about warranty information and made all the arrangements for the repair for my 85 year old father, for only the cost of shipping and the minimum service call.
