joyce mathews: You can find everything you need here. The staff goes out of their way to help you and make you feel comfortable. The owner Brad is wonderful and helpful and the delivery driver and set up guy Kyle will do whatever you need to fulfill your needs. If you need to vent frustrations or just get things off your chest all the staff are wonderful sounding boards. Haha. If you can't find what you need they will help you find it. We recently had the need for a Hoyer Lift and Brad and Kyle brought it to our home set it up and showed us how to use it before they left. This company is awesome all the way around.
Candice Reed: I brought my moms wheelchair in for repair because the rear wheels were stuck together and I couldn’t get them apart. There is a very pleasant atmosphere in the reception area of the store and I was helped right away by a repairman who took the chair back and returned it to me with an explanation of what had happened and no charge for his time. I was pleasantly surprised and would definitely recommend this store to anyone who needs repairs or is looking for medical supplies

GENEVIEVE ANTONIO REYES: Traveling from out of state to Vegas I was in need of a patient lift for 5 days. I spoke with Chris Tan to coordinate. He was not only friendly but extremely competent. We stayed at the Wynn. Services are available to deliver and pick up. I'm satisfied with his professionalism in communication, email response, and invoice. 5 stars well deserved. Orry Wright (Atomfist): I went to pickup my equipment and I worked with Hugo who was very knowledgeable and through with usage and cleaning of equipment. Made sure everything was configured for me and was pretty painless. Getting an appointment was kind of a pain but I cant really fault them for that.
