Cosmic Cowboy (Bob): Business has an extensive line of very good vacuum cleaners. These are not the ones you find in the big box stores but the ones that truly do a good job and are designed to last a very long time. They're also experts on how vacuum cleaners function. They repair vacuum cleaners and offer advice on the correct parts to use and how to use a given machine for a given type of floor. Very good business to support as they are local, knowledgeable, great products, and sincerely helpful staff.

This was almost 2 years ago, and it still works great! The quality and customer service are unmatched. I recently took my vacuum in for a worn-out fan belt & they replaced it for me at no charge. Do yourself a favor and go to Bank's first!

My mom also fell in love with my vacuum and she purchased one yesterday….Vacuum is very lightweight and of good quality. Vacuum also has a very good suction… Customer service was excellent. He turned the vacuum on and within 10 seconds knew what was wrong- a filter. He had one in stock and swapped it out for me and the vacuum was like new. Anastasia Prera: I purchased a belt for my parents' Oreck XL upright vacuum from an Amazon account that claimed it was a genuine part. When they received it, the wording on the belt wasn't quite right and left them feeling uneasy using it, potentially causing a fire. I called this store and was helped by both John and Megan. They clarified the potential issue with the third-party belt. After our call, my parents drove over to show John what they had received. He recommended a belt they had in stock in the store and my parents felt more assured buying one directly from Oreck. John and Megan were very knowledgeable and helpful! I'm grateful my parents were taken care of by them. We'll definitely continue coming back to this Oreck for future help!

TZ Snow: Wow, what a gem of a place to discover. I needed a 1974 Electrolux vacuum serviced. The owner was very honest and told me the vacuum was functioning as it should, but explained a unique setting on it that I wasn't aware of and all I needed was to replace the bags because of the specific dust particles I was vacuuming. The owner has decades of experience. If you need an electrolux serviced, this is the place to go! Thank you!
