These are not the ones you find in the big box stores but the ones that truly do a good job and are designed to last a very long time. They're also experts on how vacuum cleaners function. They repair vacuum cleaners and offer advice on the correct parts to use and how to use a given machine for a given type of floor. Very good business to support as they are local, knowledgeable, great products, and sincerely helpful staff.

Anastasia Prera: I purchased a belt for my parents' Oreck XL upright vacuum from an Amazon account that claimed it was a genuine part. When they received it, the wording on the belt wasn't quite right and left them feeling uneasy using it, potentially causing a fire. I called this store and was helped by both John and Megan. They clarified the potential issue with the third-party belt. After our call, my parents drove over to show John what they had received. He recommended a belt they had in stock in the store and my parents felt more assured buying one directly from Oreck. John and Megan were very knowledgeable and helpful! I'm grateful my parents were taken care of by them. We'll definitely continue coming back to this Oreck for future help!

TZ Snow: Wow, what a gem of a place to discover. I needed a 1974 Electrolux vacuum serviced. The owner was very honest and told me the vacuum was functioning as it should, but explained a unique setting on it that I wasn't aware of and all I needed was to replace the bags because of the specific dust particles I was vacuuming. The owner has decades of experience. If you need an electrolux serviced, this is the place to go! Thank you!

Over the years I have bought 3 sewing machine and 1 serger from him, if I was not happy with the man, prices and service would not keep going back. Deletha Urbina: stopped sewing. I was in a very short time frame to complete my projects and desperately needed my sewing machine. I called around to places I found on the internet and everyone of them told me that there would be a 2 week wait for them to even look at it. I finally found listing for A1 and called. Mark answered the phone and after I explained my problem he told me to bring it in. I loaded up the Kennie and drove to his shop which was about 30 minute drive. By this time it was mid afternoon. Mark told me that he would fix it overnight. I asked him if he was sure he could do that and he assured me that he could. Well the next morning at 9:00 I called to confirm it was ready and he said yes it was. When I arrived to pick it up he told me that he had to open it up and replace the grease/oil inside; that it was completely dry; which was why the hand wheel would not turn.I cannot express the amount of gratitude for Mark quickly understanding my predicament and his willingness to work on my machine past his shop's closing time. I strongly recommend his business for your repairs; or even to purchase a machine. I am a quilter also and he even sells longarm quilting machines at very affordable prices. THANK YOU MARK!!!!!!

I was amazed at all the sewing machines they have also and when I told Mark, the owner, that I do not sew he said that if I ever decide to buy a sewing machine he will teach me ! WOW, what an offer !!! As a 52 year resident of Las Vegas I can highly recommend A1 !! You just cannot get that kind of Service hardly anywhere anymore !!
