Barbara Jean: The first thing I always do before I move into a new rental is check the reviews. And man, the Townhomes had really bad reviews and a lot of them. So I was extremely skittish on even making it an option. But over the years of looking at reviews it just seems like people usually post the negative. And I'm sorry, there will never be an apartment or rental company where everything goes perfectly. It'll never happen.So I chose to stay optimistic and give them a try.I organized an appointment with Kaya and she is the sweetest thing. Took me to see the unit and I absolutely loved the amount of space that I would get. The unit online is a little different from what I saw and would be told I would be getting. I honestly thought I was going to get all-wood flooring and I did not. However, I still signed the lease because I liked the unit.What you get / The Experience / Your ResponsibilitiesTwo beds, 2.5 baths, Two car garage, lots of space, I don't really like the shape of the living room. You can't really do much with it. You can definitely tell the units are older, but renovated. The only thing that was off was the little rust stain over by my front door. I was told that would be cleaned up before I moved in and it was not. Neighborhood is pretty quiet, there are kids that play outside sometimes. Lots of pet friends as well. And I don't think I've ever seen poo on the ground since I've lived here. Overall nice area to walk, roller skate, bike ride etc. and a park is walking distance as well. The company keeps the landscaping pretty clean. And well-kept. I truly feel like this is a safe area to be in and I enjoyed my time here. Trash is picked up Thursdays. There is not a dumpster. And every other week there is a service that will pick up large items as well. You're given 1 recycle and 1 trash bin. They are required to stay inside your garage, so it can be a little tough to fit two cars in there. As far as the amenities, I feel like there are a lot of tenants for there to be just one small pool by the front office. However, it's a vibe and also the gym is small but nice as well.I notice that I get ants kind of often. I've had to call three times. This last time no one showed up. Maintenance is usually pretty fast, however, there are a few things that I have asked for assistance with where they came by but never came back to finish the job, but would say they finished the job in the residential app that we use. Also, the utilities you pay with your rent increase almost every month, and you cannot pay your rent early. You can only pay on the 1st which is a little annoying for me because I like to pay it early. I think they are a little bit too strict on that process. But to be honest, I'm sure they have their reasons.I have now been here a year, management changed to Cushman & Wakefield. Sara is very helpful and looks out for her tenants.My lease has come to an end, and I am currently getting ready to move out to my new apartment, and only moving out due to needing to be closer to work. Living deep in Henderson, and having to work at Summerlin is a tough drive. Otherwise, we would definitely consider renewing the lease.All in all, we had a great experience, and do recommend The Townhomes to those that are okay on the above. Rent is a little on the higher end, but you get a lot of space for the amount that you pay. Try not to feed too much into the negative. I didn't have any issues living here at all. Pretty normal stuff for me. And nothing too extreme to make me give it a bad review.Hope this review helps, happy rental hunting!

Brandon Toney: , I had to call them multiple times. It would always seem to be fixed, but would fail shortly after. It actually got to the point where I started to feel bad about calling the office to have them come back out. However, after coming back probably 8+ times in this ridiculous heat—usually during peak heat hours—they always arrived with a cheerful, easy going and positive attitude. In addition, they would also arrive every single time with a “willing to work” attitude without giving up, and in this day and age, that’s very hard to come by. Thank you fellas for all of the time and effort you put into this situation. It’s greatly appreciated!

After weeks of looking around different areas this placed to seem the best fitting for my needs and wants. Kya also helped me stay within my budget and answered all my questions I had. Also seems like in the past few months or so, lots of yelling/domestic issues have been occurring which has led to seeing police stopping by more frequently.If you have noisy neighbors, you'll hear everything. If you have decent neighbors who actually think "Oh I might be a little loud" or "oh TV might be too loud at 1 am" then this is a good place. Else, noisy, obnoxious neighbor will ruin your every day as is the case with me.Amenities are nice and units are pretty nice as well. Pricey No doubt but in this market, everything is pricey.Front office staff are friendly and communicate much better than before. Fair amount of events where they'll give donuts, ice cream, drinks, food, etc.
Cherika Johnson: Maintenance followed up with me the next business day after putting in a request since my garage door unexpectedly stopped working and had someone to fix it by the next day. I was very pleased with how quick they responded!

Lexi: Nice office team and great maintenance staff. Only knocking off a star because we have had quit a few maintenance issues that have been a hassle, but like I said the team is great and timely at fixing everything. Also the complex’s outdoor parking is frustrating as one side seems to be lacking in spaces vs the other side. We have 3 adults/3 cars so someone is always having to park far away and walk in the dark, cold, rain, etc. Other than that this place is great and friendly and I would recommend to others.

Kyle Lund: This place has been awesome. We just recently moved in and the place is super nice and the staff is awesome! We have had minor maintenance issues and the maintenance team is extremely fast with fixing everything. The front staff is awesome too! I’ve talked to everyone in the main office and everyone is super responsive and super helpful. As an example, I inquired about a garage and they said it would be available later this month but one came available sooner and rather than waiting for the original one, they emailed me the next day after inquiring about it and said I could come pick up the remote…..they went out of their way to let me know that and I really appreciate it! Big fan of this place! We haven’t been here long but it’s a quiet complex and we haven’t had any issues!

We appreciate their professional and friendly responses.

donna villaruz: It came down to 3 apartment homes, and we've decided to sign with The Edge. We like the neighborhood, how close it is on almost everything. I like how they think of ways to get the community together - the most recent was a summer pool party! Everyone in the office is extremely helpful based on my experience. Selena made sure to go above and beyond, offered solutions right away, and followed up whenever there are some concerns. The maintenance workers are very respectful as well. Overall, I'm happy that we end up living here.

James Wilson (Mr Wilson): I was just looking at another review..I don’t fully agree with their experience ..I definitely wouldn’t tell nobody not to rent ..But the New Management def have to get used too. I’m just not happy with all the Fees “common area Lights Gas Water” I find that to be ridiculous because it’s $100 plus a $5 service fee ..and my actual utility in my unit don’t even be that high makes me feel like I’m paying to keep the lights on in the leasing office ..And when will the pool be available like it’s the middle of June and we still don’t have a functioning pool n spa ..Also we need a New Gate Code ..for the whole property..Because the current code gives No security at all ..And most properties change the gate code every 3-4months
Char Y.: I've called The Colton home for the better half of a year. When I decided to relocate, I viewed 10 apartments throughout Henderson & Las Vegas. I picked Colton because the unit looked exactly like the photos. I visited the apartment during the day & at night to ensure the building was safe. The neighborhood is extremely quiet. The staff was incredibly helpful before, during, & after the move-in process. I've had positive interactions with Alejandra, Cortney, & Cintia specifically. They do a great job maintaining the appearance of the property which is very important to me. The garbage is promptly picked up. My unit is updated, so I haven't had many issues that needed maintenance. There was a heating issue in December that was resolved within 24-48 hours. I appreciate how quickly requests are processed.The community events are unique & fun. I really enjoyed the candle-making & cocktail event. There was a Sunday Brunch a couple of weeks ago 10/10 on ingenuity. I don't have any complaints, but I do wish we could get a leg press or pilates reformer in the gym.Overall, I highly recommend The Colton.

Sonny Knight: My wife and I stayed here earlier this year. It was a great place to live. Their amenities were first class! The outside seating area was off the hook! The clubhouse was awesome. We enjoyed the fact that the property has large sidewalks. We enjoyed the hammocks throughout the community.We would stay here again but only upstairs because the people who lived above us took the 5th star away with their stomping day and night. 😅
Todd G: Moving across country and most places were indifferent to my moving needs. The Colton Apartments experience was different. Cortney & Kayla answered all of my questions, sent extra photos of the apartment layouts I was interested in and were there for every step of the leasing process. It is no doubt that Cortney & Kayla made this an easy leasing experience. I would recommend to and friend to look into this apartment complex.

It was after 6pm and nobody had come so I called the emergency maintenance number and although David was already home he came back to make sure that I was safe for the night. Still working to see the possibility for a unit through the rentgrow history review board.Thank you Kaylee.Nice agent and viewing but application process is horrible. Application fees for applying costed $270 but was denied due to rental length hystory even though I've been renting for over 5 years. Pretty much took my money because non refundable. The 3rd party agent for reviews is the issue and won't see my money back. Makes no sense as they just wanted my money

Makayla Lownik: So, this place isn’t terrible but definitely needs some work. Trash valet is awful, there really is no need for it here and you pay $30 bucks a month and they don’t even come every day nor take your trash all the time when they do come. Front office staff is great, except for one, avoid her is my recommendation just don’t deal with her and you’ll know who she is trust me. However any problem I’ve had the maintenance team has gone above and beyond to solve it and make our experience better. Shawn and David are SERIOUSLY amazing and have made our experience here sooo much better!!! They are kind and efficient and get the job DONE. They absolutely deserve a raise !! The grounds are nice, the staff is great except for the one. Fees are a little wild… but everything is right now. Be if I could give anything Five stars it would be their maintenance staff absolutely!! Rona and Kaylee are also amazing. Thank y’all bunches.

jacoby clemons: When I came to your Verona arpartmenes I was greeted by the assistant manager ronna she showed me and my brother the apartment it was a great experience I would recommend anybody to move in here the application process kind of sucked because I was given the run around but the customer service from the tour is what brought me to stay here y’all need to pay her more kudos to ronna for running this place
Nathan Sterling: Assistant Manager Ronna is 5 stars all the way. Phone and in person customer service is amazing! She makes us feel right at home here in Verona. All the staff that I have encountered are amazing as well, very knowledgeable and friendly. I'm happy we chose to call Verona home.
Nathen Ferris: I can’t explain how much I love it here! Pool view , amazing staff . Ronna and Shawn my favorite two ! They go above and beyond for me and my wife , during the tour process ronna wasn’t even our consultant but she made sure she took care of us with the best care we immediately felt welcomed this is the reason why we rented. The maintenance staff comes immediately if there’s service issues, if you’re looking for a home you will feel beyond welcomed here.

Armando Guevarra: The staffs are friendly and amiable. They are always available wheneverI need their help in my apartment. Keep up the good work!
Karen Mangione: Very quiet neighborhood. Love my neighbors don’t like that pit bulls are aloud. Rent is high for one bedrooms, but all in all a great place to live. Air conditioner don’t work very well they keep telling me mine is blowing at their temperature, but I have to keep it down to 70 even cool down.
Melody Melendez: Air conditioning stopped working in the middle of the night and it was fixed before I returned from work that morning

Doug Cutting: Of the 20-25 apartments I've occupied over the years, Cielo is by far the best in terms of both the courteous, competent front desk staff and the maintenance crew who are extremely responsive-usually same day, polite, knowledgeable with a humble "can-do" attitude. Not having to worry about problems is the reason I stay here in spite of this area being out of my budget zone.
