Lorraine Gaines: Cozy amphitheater with stadium seating and large overhead fans to help keep you cool at night during the concert. Free parking, wheelchair accessibility and helpful staff. I really enjoyed attending the concert, great family night and/or date night.
Michelle H Fisher (LUCIFER): I like Water Street Plaza, It has a big screen TV outside, ping pong and it's a park with a jungle gym, there are tables, you can take your lunch and eat it there with shade overhead. The splash pad lily pad. Keep an eye out for this it's where the bathroom is at. There's plenty of parking enough to hold a large crowd. Water Street Plaza is our Farmers market one day! Lucifer
Marie Valdez: I've only been there 3x, but the pizza is always amazing & fresh to order, so there is a wait time, especially for deep dish, but it's so worth it. We tried their sandwiches, meatball & Italian beef, honestly sandwiches were ok, their fry sauce is delish. Please don't let me ok on the sandwiches deter you. We plan to go back & work our way thru menu..lolThe service is A1 & and the atmosphere makes you feel so welcome. Stop by & support our local small business.

Kyle Lund: This place has been awesome. We just recently moved in and the place is super nice and the staff is awesome! We have had minor maintenance issues and the maintenance team is extremely fast with fixing everything. The front staff is awesome too! I’ve talked to everyone in the main office and everyone is super responsive and super helpful. As an example, I inquired about a garage and they said it would be available later this month but one came available sooner and rather than waiting for the original one, they emailed me the next day after inquiring about it and said I could come pick up the remote…..they went out of their way to let me know that and I really appreciate it! Big fan of this place! We haven’t been here long but it’s a quiet complex and we haven’t had any issues!

Beth Leech: My boyfriend and I are moving from CA to NV. Apartment hunting was not easy until we got to Remington Canyon. Walking into the office area everything was very neat and clean. Tour of the grounds, and it seemed clean and a quiet neighborhood. Karl showed us the model apartment and we fell in love. It was perfect for us and within our budget. Karl has been extremely helpful in this process and made it very easy for us. If looking for a new apartment I suggest Remington Canyon and working with Karl.

Kobi Ishmael: This student housing is great for anyone looking to get a life sized apartment and the college experience without settling for a little dorm room. It's a perfect opportunity for students to get used to being on their own while not being far away from home if from Nevada. It's out the way in a peaceful area and is only about 20 minutes away from the strip. The staff is great and provides help and insights of how to get the most out of your apartment and amenities and overall it's a great place to look for getting a student prepared for the college experience

They try their hardest and are very kind. RA Carlos does the most for anyone, especially me since he arranges for my packages to be delivered to me due to my work schedule.

Joe Cusimano: My company Momentum Realty has been a tenant in the Atrium since 2018. This is a great place to have your office. The property is always clean and professional looking, centrally located in Henderson and convenient to the freeway. The leasing and management team of Kristyne, Minerva, and Claudia are just great. They are always happy to see us and genuinely make it a fun place to do business. If there's a vacancy I highly recommend calling and taking a tour.

If you are seeking an escrow / Title company looking no farther. Equity Title is number one!The Atrium is always pleasant. Although it's all business offices, the building is always tranquil and relaxing. The restrooms are clean too!

They are always available and so very kind and attentive. Our patients also love the access to the 215 and the new food options in the area. We don’t want to be anywhere else.

Elizabeth Ashley: The Atrium property management team has been nothing short of amazing to us as we have been in the process of moving office suites. Tracey Saunders has been very accommodating to making sure we have everything we need. Our questions and concerns are always answered in a timely manner. Both Claudia and Minerva have been equally accommodating. Miguel and Raheem have been extremely helpful in checking in with us to see if they can help with anything. Aside from the team, we are so fortunate to have the beautiful landscaping here.
Nicole Brewer: I've been a tenant here for coming up on 4 years now. I'm very happy with the property management team and the property. There have been a few different employee changes in the property management team since I moved here in 2018 but the quality of upkeep on the property has remained the same. Repairs are done same day, often within the hour and the landscaping is kept really nice all the time. I also feel very secure in the building. It locks 7pm-7am and on weekends. Overall I highly recommend this office space.
Christine Drollinger: We have been renting offices in the building for the las two years, we have changed offices several times as we have grown and the management team has been great,. they are willing to work with us and help get the spaces that suit our needs. Tracy and Claudia have been fabulous in answering questions, getting us the FOBs needed to enter the building etc.
NZF-AAF-MBA Productions: Very Clean. Great parking. Excellent Shops. Graveyard weekends at 7-11 is a great place to visit. The Cashier there is the Bomb. He wears temp tattoos that changes everyday. He also keeps the place clean as a Hospital.

Joan Holland: Carlos replaced the knob that was mistakenly taken from an outside company and it was after hours. Rubin surprised me with an appliance replacement sooner than I thought it was going to be. That's what i call service!
Blaze Linn: Communication was good, took a while to get AC repaired but was out of maintenance control waiting for outside company. Ruben, Carlos and Patricia were very helpful.

Taylor Lane: Ember was extremely helpful with getting me set to move in! After I decided on short notice to move into a different unit than the one I originally agreed to, she found a unit that would suit me and had me set up with a future move in date within 48 hours. She was extremely communicative throughout the entire move-in process, and her helpfulness made me much more comfortable about my decision to move here.
Kathleen Douglas: This place has a great staff the maintenance guy Jose is amazing great work, Lily assistant office manager help me through hard time with kindness and informative and Lucy is the sweetest and help me as well. These people are amazing. The hall ways though could be a little cleaner but other than that great place to live

BossInVegas Food Reviews: ok I will put a fair review in - the place is in a great location, the property overall is well kept and maintained. the staff is friendly and courteous. My critique is that small things tend to go unchecked for longer than they should, for ex: dog bags being out for multiple days in the park, coffee machine issues, etc. And the added on fees & surcharges on top of the rent are absolutely ridiculous. So that's why the 4 stars and not 5 stars. If they want 5 stars they can get rid of the useless ridiculous tacked on fees and pay a little more attention to detail! thanks!

Leon Guzenda: One of the great things about living here is that maintenance requests are always handled quickly and with minimal fuss. Our hot water suddenly stopped being hot. The problem was a water heater thermostat and it was replaces within an hour of our reporting it. Thank You.
Armando Gonzalez Ramirez: Moved in about two weeks ago and so far the experience has been great. Jessica was responsive and quick with all my questions and paperwork for the move in. They were able to hold my apartment for me which I was grateful for. I ran into some maintenance issues and spoke to Amanda who is very chill and accommodating made me feel like I had no worries and answered all my questions. She had Chris from maintenance come out and he handled everything quick he was very polite and patient with everything I had asked about and answered all my questions so thank you. Some outer gates don't open with the remote so would be great if they get looked at. I do see dog feces a lot around which I don't understand when they provide us with bags to clean up after. Some people are just careless. Overall been great.

Bob Gray: This is a beautiful new facility with friendly staff and great amenities. It has food service, entertainment, exercise, crafts, learning, and social spaces. Resident transportation is provided. The location is close to shopping, restaurants, entertainment, and healthcare facilities. We enjoyed a resident get-together event and have been attending an on-site UNLV/OLLI course. We'll definitely consider Carnegie Heights when we're ready for a senior living lifestyle.

All The Things: I have a loved one who resides at Carnegie Heights, and at the first moment that we entered this beautiful building, we knew he was "Home". Val gave us an in-depth tour and then we got to sit with Cassie and Michelle as well to make sure that all of our questions were answered! From the stunning lobby area with soaring ceilings, cozy fireplace and welcoming seating areas, to the wall of windows overlooking one of two courtyards, the attention to detail is stunning. The gals at the front desk are always quick with a smile and greet frequent visitors and residents by name, and I constantly see the management out and about in the building interacting with residents and guests. Julie and Steve work tirelessly to create awesome activities and bring value with community partnerships, classes and seminars. My loved one is so happy with the dining options and enjoys the ever-changing specials and soups created by Head Chef, Sierra. His room is tidied up by the loveliest housekeeping staff and, if he has any issues within his unit, the maintenance staff, led by Donny, are quick to respond! My person doesn't always take advantage of the plethora of on-site activities, but I'm always impressed by the offerings that are available to residents and I love seeing groups of folks gathering for different events. Carnegie Heights is basically a cruise ship on land, and I've been so impressed with our experience!

She went to Texas to help me pack and move me here and had everything arranged for me to live here. She also had Michelle waiting for me at the airport. No one has done something like that for me. My apartment is bright and spacious. I am so pleased to be here.
