Marie Gillies: Trustworthy, honest, friendly and fast! I used Red Shirt when I needed to clone my old laptop to my new one. I called him from the parking lot of the store where i bought my laptop, he told me to swing by and he got the work done that same day, for an extremely reasonable price. A great experience!

TigerHawX 1987: I thought I was in way over my head when my my ssd wouldn't show up in my bios but then I remembered the Red Shirt Techs store down the block from me and George was extremely knowledgeable and helpful he downloaded the updated version of bios for my motherboard for me onto a flash drive and also reminded me to plug in my antenna for the wifi which was damn good advice cause I'm constantly at full bars now and my Bluetooth is no longer stuttering. I highly recommend this place for your computer needs and I will definitely be visiting again soon thanks again George.

Jane Creighton: My desk top computer was randomly shutting down and finally would not boot. I suspected that the power supply had bit the dust on my 6 year old computer. I dropped it off at Red Shirt Techs and George said the he would test the power supply as well as a number of other components to determine the problem. His policy is to only charge if he repairs the computer, there's no charge if he doesn't. He currently has a $90 charge for labor plus the cost of parts. If you've ever gone to "B... B.." and gotten an estimate you would know this is extremely reasonable! Plus George went out of his way to get my computer back to me as quickly as possible and to ensure that all Covid health considerations were taken.

The computer was picked and fixed. We had a little issue with delivery but the computer worked flawlessly. I would recommend Carl if you are flexible on time.

Carl also mentioned to replace my hard drive and memory with a new ssd, and flawlessly migrating windows and all programs. He also scanned my system for malware/ malicious software and removed it before it could cause any major problems. He did a great job keeping me informed. He fixed my expensive 27in touch screen and recommended some easy but effective add-ons that extremely imporved the computer. Definitely recommend, but he is an independent shop, working put his home.
A O: Reimaged my hard drive cluster by cluster that was failing. Removed iTunes that was corrupting my OS. He also removed all the bloatware off my system. Upgraded my desktop with a500w power supply, blazing fast ddr3 memory, new super fast solid state drive. Always made 😃 sure I knew the status of my computer. Absolutely fantastic service.
