Beautiful heated pool and facilities are open 24 hrs. Office staff is great. Friendly and efficient Karen, Carla and Priscilla. Maintenance is quick and professional.

Michael Free: When I write a review it's going to be worth my time! First of all the customer service was Phenomenal! The young lady listened to my question and set my appointment the same day. I toured their 1 bedroom model and it was just want we were looking for. I've rented in the past and am excited about coming back. Good customer service is hard to find. I will be signing my lease with Adiamo once again. I will continue to rent through Ovation Property Management and I'm here to let you know if you want Professionalism, Great Customer Service and Affordable pricing look no further! The girls in the leasing office are on point. That you Carla and Andrea for showing the industry how to do their job. 5 stars, 6 if I could.

Lushawn Whitfield: I've lived at the Marlow for several years and I have never had any major issues. I like the community and that it's a quiet, quaint place to reside. I enjoy walking in the neighborhood and having great shopping and restaurants nearby.
Neb One: I’ve lived here for the past two years and at first regretted it due to previous management but ever since Barbara and Elaila have taken over every work order I’ve put in has been takin care of customer service has been amazing. I just wanted to say thank you to them two and would highly suggest anyone thinking about moving here to speak to them personally, the experience they provided is above and beyond thank you again it was a pleasure living here

Serena Johnson: Lately the maintenance of the grounds have been getting better. Service Requests are being completed faster. The front office staff has been great to talk to. Previously you would walk in and no one smiled, no one wanted to talk and made you feel like you were interrupting them. Lately that has changed. Quay and Oscar are one of the maintenance people that has been doing such a great job! Quay really tries to do a great job the first time and will stop to say hi when she is walking or driving around in the cart. I love it when she works on items in my apt because I know they will be done right. Oscar is her Supervisor, although he is a little shy he will still say hi and answer any questions you have. He also does a great job and makes sure things are being done. Great job!

Norys Trevino: I have lived here 2 times now and what I love is the size of the units. I wish I had a 3 bedroom right now but still love living here. It is not as fancy as some of the new ones but I would rather have a larger place than fancy amenities.
K G: ; whatever material the bathroom counters are is peeling; the appliances & cabinets are dated and nit energy efficient and are past time for a replacement if this property opened in 2022.More importantly…my windows receive direct sun all day heating this place up with $300/mo power bills in summer. Apartments like mine in buildings facing the same direction all have window tint but mine doesn’t. The blinds are yellowed and cracking. Why aren’t my windows tinted? Especially when all the buildings facing the same direction as mine getting the sun are tinted? I spent $400 for insulated curtains last summer but the darn stairwell heats up something awful so any benefit I would have is gone.The roaches & cockroaches are gross. The dumpsters need to be sprayed along with the rock landscaping where these critters hide. My garage & front door are next to a dumpster & I shouldn’t have to insect proof my place. Exterminator shows up with a member of maintenance
V: I’m in LOVE with this property.Apartment searching can be stressful & overwhelming, especially during this time, BUT all the Ovation Properties are awesome especially when they work together to find you the best fit for your wants & needs.Ashley P. assisted my boyfriend and I with getting an apartment & answered all of our questions.Great response time, always friendly, and there’s always a welcoming vibe.
Amber Jackson: This place is wonderful and located in a great neighborhood. Overall a wonderful place to rent. We were on a tight schedule with move in unfortunately we didn’t have the pleasure of renting with them. These places go FAST! However, the staff and community are a pleasure. Ask for Greg Jones who helped us out with our tour and inquiries.
Shanaiya Johnson: I absolutely love living at Chateau Calais, lots of greenery, walking trail not too far & last but not least the commute to work is effortless!
Albert Tew: After living here a couple of weeks I can say that the staff is very professional. I had several maintenance requests that were addressed in a timely manner. Benny went above and beyond what I expected when making repairs. Shanaiya in the office ensured my family had a smooth transition into our unit and promptly addressed our questions and concerns. At this point the only thing preventing a five star rating is that the unit is a bit dated.
