K G: ; whatever material the bathroom counters are is peeling; the appliances & cabinets are dated and nit energy efficient and are past time for a replacement if this property opened in 2022.More importantly…my windows receive direct sun all day heating this place up with $300/mo power bills in summer. Apartments like mine in buildings facing the same direction all have window tint but mine doesn’t. The blinds are yellowed and cracking. Why aren’t my windows tinted? Especially when all the buildings facing the same direction as mine getting the sun are tinted? I spent $400 for insulated curtains last summer but the darn stairwell heats up something awful so any benefit I would have is gone.The roaches & cockroaches are gross. The dumpsters need to be sprayed along with the rock landscaping where these critters hide. My garage & front door are next to a dumpster & I shouldn’t have to insect proof my place. Exterminator shows up with a member of maintenance

Amber Jackson: This place is wonderful and located in a great neighborhood. Overall a wonderful place to rent. We were on a tight schedule with move in unfortunately we didn’t have the pleasure of renting with them. These places go FAST! However, the staff and community are a pleasure. Benny went above and beyond what I expected when making repairs. Shanaiya in the office ensured my family had a smooth transition into our unit and promptly addressed our questions and concerns. At this point the only thing preventing a five star rating is that the unit is a bit dated.

Kairi Garrett: A dream of an apartment! All features in these apartments are useful and feels luxurious. Amenities have long hours and are well taken care of. Maintenance is fast in responding to any issues. Bobby Axtell was extremely helpful and kind to us, outlining the application process and being a new resident with Alma. Parking is first come first serve but they offer garages for an additional fee.

Sweet T's Tattoos: This breaks my heart, I moved here Feb 24th, The amenities are stunning yes, but I’ve been here with no working washer and dryer. They have given me three separate apartments to wash my clothes in, still waiting for someone to repair my washer. After five weeks they gave me the option to dissolve my lease, but only gave me seven days in which do so?!Genuinely heartbroken as I wanted to love this place.If I hadn't been booked solid for that entire week, I would have tried with everything that I could to make leaving work. I emailed them, I got no response. I would need a minimum of two weeks if that was even been a real offer. Not to mention ,completely infested with ants that I can't seem to get rid of. Their response to that was they have someone come spray every two weeks so I basically have to deal with it.This morning I received a phone call saying that I have yet another new apartment to wash my clothes in and a appointment to have my washer looked at in a few days and that they had taken all of my stuff out of the last unit that I've been laundering in and moved it to the front office for me to come get?! Then they proceeded to tell me they would bring me my stuff right then and there because that's much further from my apartment, but, they never did. So when I went to the office to retrieve my stuff, Amanda was busy with new tenants and very bothered by my being there. Said we weren't going to do this today. That is her exact quote. I said we're not gonna do what today? be unhappy with where I live or pick up my laundry that you told me you were going to deliver right then?, because I said I had to go to work. I'm just not fond of being lied to. If they were better with communicating and not lying, I might be a little less upset.Update: Alma staff have been working hard to remedy all problems and situations. The groundskeepers work really hard to keep everything clean. The tenants are honestly the biggest problem now. Lol.

pete schlendorf: Been living at the Alma Apartments since August of 2022, and have had nothing but great things to say about my apartment, and the community as a whole. The Chirp Access technology makes the entry process very easy and I have never had an issue getting through the gate or into my unit. Inside my apartment, it is always very quiet at night, and although many planes do fly overhead, they are barely noticeable and I have never failed to get a good night's rest here. The clubroom amenities are spectacular, featuring a pool table, shuffleboard, checkers, and chess, and it is always relaxing in there with plenty of space to unwind. The resort style pool area is the highlight of the community, with cornhole, a massive hot tub, plenty of cabanas and umbrellas, and a huge swimming pool with tiny fountains on the sides. The pool got a bit dirty in the winter months, but now they clean it regularly and it looks much more pristine. The pickleball court and dog park area are nice touches as well, and if you ask me, some of the more active residents would appreciate if you guys could put in a basketball hoop with a small court somewhere in the complex because basketball is much more fun than pickleball and I'm sure many of the residents would appreciate it. Hopefully you guys consider that suggestion in the next few months, as everything else has been top of the line, and Team Alma has been nothing short of spectacular.

Valerie Peterson: I ❤️ my apartment. The application process was smooth but the best part was when I moved in. My unit is very intimate, sunny and refreshing. Plenty of space for me and my dog. Being brand new puts the icing on the cake 🤗The community has a groovy, crisp, energetic feel and all of the neighbors I have met are friendly which makes it even better. The office staff is responsive and provide top notch resident services. I highly recommend you take a look at this community if you’re looking for a place to call home.

Serena Johnson: Lately the maintenance of the grounds have been getting better. Service Requests are being completed faster. The front office staff has been great to talk to. Previously you would walk in and no one smiled, no one wanted to talk and made you feel like you were interrupting them. Lately that has changed. Quay and Oscar are one of the maintenance people that has been doing such a great job! Quay really tries to do a great job the first time and will stop to say hi when she is walking or driving around in the cart. I love it when she works on items in my apt because I know they will be done right. Oscar is her Supervisor, although he is a little shy he will still say hi and answer any questions you have. He also does a great job and makes sure things are being done. Great job!

Taylor Lane: Ember was extremely helpful with getting me set to move in! After I decided on short notice to move into a different unit than the one I originally agreed to, she found a unit that would suit me and had me set up with a future move in date within 48 hours. She was extremely communicative throughout the entire move-in process, and her helpfulness made me much more comfortable about my decision to move here.

These people are amazing. The hall ways though could be a little cleaner but other than that great place to live

Steve Wehmhoff: Review Legacy Points Luxury ApartmentsThe most credit for a positive opinion of Legacy Pointe Apartments go to the original developer of theproperty. The residential buildings are all on the periphery of the property. The buildings on the southside get great views of the Legacy Golf Course and Black Mountain. The entrances are all separate fromeach other allowing excellent privacy. My floorplan is spacious and well laid out.Also, a positive shout out to the staff on the maintenance team. Sean, David and Hugo are excellent andgive the ultimate in the discharge of their duties. This place is lucky to have them. I will pass alongsomething that I learned: don’t call the phone numbers for maintenance. Calls to those numbers end upat a call center in the Philippines. To get quick service use the resident website and the complaint will beaddressed quickly.I did have issues with the management staff. The original management team that was here when Imoved in in 2019 was responsive and friendly; they all left for other opportunities. The current staff hasissues with bookkeeping and honesty. When I signed my second lease, I was billed an incorrect amountfor my first month’s rent, far more than the amount on page one of my lease agreement. When Icontacted the leasing office, I was told that because my lease started in the middle of the month, andthat my rent had been prorated. When the second month bill arrived, it was also for the incorrectamount. I contacted the leasing office and the billing company, among others, by email, about the errorand that the rent amount printed on the first page of my lease was for a lower amount. Luckily the errorwas corrected, and I was issued a credit for the overpayment. But I can not absolve them of thefalsehood that I was told.Seven months later appearing at my door was a person from the office. The first thing from their mouthwas: “You’re still here”. I explained that we still had four months remaining my lease. “Oh, there mustbe an error on my report”.While properties up and down North Green Valley Parkway offer one year or longer leases, for my thirdlease the only options were a five-month lease or month to month. I did sign the 5-month lease thatcame with an increase. When that lease expired, I was offered a 10-month lease with a substantialincrease. Since I moved here in 2019 my monthly rent has increased 50%.Aside from the management I do have issues with some of my neighbors. The littering and trash thatthey have strewn about is excessive. The maintenance staff works hard to clean up after theseindividuals. Tossing bags of trash next to the dumpsters and not into the dumpsters. That createsunnecessary work for the staff and an unhealthy environment for the residents. And I have to mentionthe dog owners who do not pick up after their animals.Overall, not at all an unpleasant experience living at Legacy Pointe.

Macquelyn Green: I am very happy with this complex Legacy pointe luxury apartments and the staff member there Dave Malissa and the managers over at Ladera to me have always been concerning helpful always fix situations if any occur when and if I leave here I would move to the Sister property right next-door it’s a warm feeling here very safe area the staff care about their tenants at least to me they do never had a bad experience and if the situation did occur they addressed immediately and very sufficient I would recommend disappointment to anyone anybody has opinions my opinion is I couldn’t of picked a better apartment very quiet beautiful apartments inside the best part is they don’t have any type of bugs is that statement might matter to some people because I look for that when I move into apartments if I can get them 10 stars I would Thank you for making this home my home when and if I move it would you speak to your sister Apartment thank you very much for making me feel at home

BossInVegas Food Reviews: ok I will put a fair review in - the place is in a great location, the property overall is well kept and maintained. the staff is friendly and courteous. My critique is that small things tend to go unchecked for longer than they should, for ex: dog bags being out for multiple days in the park, coffee machine issues, etc. And the added on fees & surcharges on top of the rent are absolutely ridiculous. So that's why the 4 stars and not 5 stars. If they want 5 stars they can get rid of the useless ridiculous tacked on fees and pay a little more attention to detail! thanks!

Armando Gonzalez Ramirez: Moved in about two weeks ago and so far the experience has been great. Jessica was responsive and quick with all my questions and paperwork for the move in. They were able to hold my apartment for me which I was grateful for. I ran into some maintenance issues and spoke to Amanda who is very chill and accommodating made me feel like I had no worries and answered all my questions. She had Chris from maintenance come out and he handled everything quick he was very polite and patient with everything I had asked about and answered all my questions so thank you. Some outer gates don't open with the remote so would be great if they get looked at. I do see dog feces a lot around which I don't understand when they provide us with bags to clean up after. Some people are just careless. Overall been great.
