U Schmidt: They are dog friendly, and recently started making wood-fired pizzas, which are legit! They have locations to leash your pup, outdoor seating, and a bowl of water. I also dropped in for a coffee, and realized they have a small market with all kinds of ready made deserts, salads, antipasto, and platters, and the prices are very reasonable.Update: Most likely due to a payment service increasing fees to take advantage of the cashless trend , they now have a 3% fee for credit cards.
Alex Schubert: Romano Mercato Italiano is a great spot for classic Italian dishes. The food is delicious, the prices are reasonable, and the atmosphere is inviting. You order at the counter, but the service is still excellent. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a great Italian meal.I will be back for the pumpkin ravioli can't wait 😁
Neal Matzkin: I have only had takeout. Phoned in and it was ready when they said. Love the big rice balls, arancini. The place is small and they even had some musician one time. But they have a big outdoor area that is a very nice family friendly place to eat.Parking: Just don't go on a hot mid day when the adjacent pool is busy.Wheelchair accessibility: The place is small but if dining outside is very good. Might be a problem getting to the bathroom

David H: Stopped in here for lunch today, wife had stuffed tortellini and I had the seafood Alfredo fettuccine, along with fried calamari for an appetizer. The calamari was fried to perfection, it was not chewy and the batter was crisp! Both entrees were hot and delicious! Especially with the garlic bread sticks. No room for desert! Waitress was friendly, polite, and attentive. Truly a pleasurable lunch!
Dana Carrasco: Wonderful experience. Was our first time eating at this location. Our waitress Inez provided excellent service and was very attentive and friendly. We ordered calamari with the never-ending boat of marinara, salad and bread sticks, the Seafood Fettuccine Alfredo, Chicken and Broccoli Fettuccine Alfredo, and Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo and the Peach Raspberry Tea was made perfect.

Ashley Carreon: This was recommended to us from a coworker and it did not disappoint. The food was delicious. My husband got the short rib pasta and that was my favorite thing to try. The cannolis were delicious but a bit small compared to normal ones. The servers were attentive without being too much. Our water cups never were empty. We will definitely be coming back.

Nicole Langill: Our entire experience here was delightful. From the moment we walked in, the hostess greeted us warmly with a big smile and promptly seated us. Despite the server being a little busy, he still managed to acknowledge us and quickly returned to take our drink orders. The food was absolutely delicious, leaving us with a satisfied palate. The entire staff had smiles on their faces and appeared to genuinely enjoy being there, which added to the overall positive atmosphere. Without a doubt, this place ranks high on my list for Italian restaurants in Green Valley
James Green: No wait. We sat outside in the shade and misters. Very comfortable even in the heat. Robert Costanzo the manager I believe, hosted us. Got us the perfect table and checked in on us just the right amount. Feels like a family atmosphere there. Had a pepperoni pizza as appetizer with side of mushrooms and extra virgin olive oil. Main dish was chicken parm with a side of fettuchine Alfredo. My guest had the salmon which was amazing. Robert helped with my order as I had a few special requests. Also brought our 1 year old. Had a clean and working high chair. Good bread service and plain noodles for her. Thanks Robert and everyone.
