Old man: I always have excellent care from shepherd eye center. The reason I only give 4 stars is because of their check-in process. I completed their mobile check in a couple of days before my appointment. In that process, I verified my information and insurance policies. However, on my appointment day, I had to go through the same process again at check-in kiosk. Then, what’s the usefulness of mobile check-in before the appointment other than wasting my time!

They were all very nice but they were "on a mission". The doctor was fabulous and personable. I will definitely go back for specialty care but I'll go to my small practice provider for routine exams.

Brandy Jorgensen: I just put my review... It's asking again. So, the ladies were so patient with the little guy. He needed his glasses resized 3 times. It was a great experience. Thank you ladies. Only negative was it was quite difficult to locate. Perhaps a sign on the outside or possibly next to the road.

Both my kids have cooperation issues with people they aren't comfortable with, but they absolutely LOVE going to see her. Hannah Diestra: Wow! We just moved to the area and are in the process of choosing all new providers for everything. We tried another optometrist for my daughter and it was such a terrible experience! Coming here I was nervous from the bad experience elsewhere, but Dr. McCandless was SO AMAZING! He was so patient and sweet with my daughter, that she wasn’t scared at all and was so compliant with everything, she even had fun! The office was so nice and they had a great selection of kids frames, when other offices were larger but had fewer options. It was a really great experience, so if you’re looking for an optometrist that’s great with kids and adults, this is it!

Angie: I had cataract laser surgery 2 years ago at another practice. I continued have difficulty with my left eye . It was as though I was looking at the world through “white clouds”.. no amount of blinking or dry eye drops helped. At the end of the day I had terrible headaches that never got better. I saw a few doctors & none helped my condition but I was determined to find someone who could help me. After reviewing several ophthalmologists’ credentials & reviews, I came upon Dr. DeBry. I made an appointment & prayed he would be able to help me. After a thorough examination & tests, he told me about the “yag” laser & that possibly the yag treatment would help. I agreed & he performed the treatment. It was a painless procedure & I prayed it would help. Very GRATEFULLY, it did. I still have occasional “white clouds “ but no where near as bad as they were. I am very grateful I found Dr. DeBty… it is no wonder that his office is always packed with patients. While waiting, many of the patients shared their experiences with me & all were very POSITIVE. His office staff & assistants are all friendly, helpful, & professional. I am truly grateful I found Dr. DeBry & recommend him without hesitation.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

P Marton: Dr. DeBry is Amazing- he was great on initial consultation, his staff are so professional, Mary who takes the eye measurments is charming and highly professional and highly detail oriented and she makes sure every measurment is exact. Jessica is also amazing at running the office and staff. One, simple appointment and the surgery, which lasted about 15 minutes start to finish. Your done before you know it! Irving Confino: The care and knowledge of the staff is great as is Dr DeBry who I feel is the best in the Las Vegas/Henderson area.The only negative is that I arrived at 2:40pm and did not leave until past 5:30pm. You need to control the number of patients per day.

From checking in to checking out, everyone was great. Dr. Hendricks was very nice and explained everything very well. He also asked if we had any more questions. He took the time to giving us information and explaining my mom's eye condition.

The place sparkles, everyone is courteous & friendly, equipment is state of the art, staff/techs are efficient and professional. Their “hospitality” is awesome. It all flows from the top/management. I see Dr. Quinton, who is attentive, engaging, professional and thorough in his examination and your customer satisfaction. Their “team” works together and they include you. It’s a happy place.
