Amy Pong: This may sound corny but this is The model of a great business/practice. From the time you enter the front door or call on the phone, you are greeted and treated like their VIP. The place sparkles, everyone is courteous & friendly, equipment is state of the art, staff/techs are efficient and professional. Their “hospitality” is awesome. It all flows from the top/management. I see Dr. Quinton, who is attentive, engaging, professional and thorough in his examination and your customer satisfaction. Their “team” works together and they include you. It’s a happy place. Highly recommend Henderson Vision Care!

Old man: I always have excellent care from shepherd eye center. The reason I only give 4 stars is because of their check-in process. I completed their mobile check in a couple of days before my appointment. In that process, I verified my information and insurance policies. However, on my appointment day, I had to go through the same process again at check-in kiosk. Then, what’s the usefulness of mobile check-in before the appointment other than wasting my time!

My glasses and contacts were available in less than one week from the conclusion of my initial visit. I was even able to have a courtesy pair of contact lenses so that I could try them as well as be able to see correctly on the drive home. Other Optometrist services that I've been to have always been less than tidy and the waiting time to get my order was two to three weeks at best. Thanks Pearle Vision!

LorieAnn Beekman: Dr. Lao and Theresa are the best. I was worried last year when my eye doctor that I had been going to for 20 years stop taking my insurance. I was afraid of finding a new doctor, but I am glad I found Dr. Lao. He is up to date on what is new in contact/eye glass lenses, and he is very informative. Theresa is so helpful, and kind. I even enjoyed my time with Angel who did the testing. We shared some laughs, and I felt completely at ease. You have an amazing group of employees.
TMH: Fast, friendly, and professional environment. The rep was very patient with my daughter as she tried contacts for the first time. Also, there was no pressure to purchase anything I didn't want. Love it here!
