We told her it was our first time here. She made some recommendations and we were very pleased.I had a raspado.My daughter had a crepe with the works!My niece had something called a niña fresa.Prices were pretty good. Not too expensive and very Delicious! And the places is clean ✨I didn't catch the young lady's name. All I know is she had braces.

You need to make sure you go in with an open mind and plenty of time because it typically takes some time to make each persons ice cream. I had the Cherry Charge and it tasted like Chocolate covered cherries… it was delicious!!! My husband had the BERNOULLI BRULEE… he thought it was really good as well. Our Daughter and GrandDaughter customized theirs and loved their end creations, but at the end of the day one of the best parts about our trip to Sub Zero Nitrogen Ice Cream earlier this evening was “Joy” the lone store attendant, who had only been on the job for three and a half weeks. She was nice, sweet, funny, and truly sorry when she had to break the news to us that they were out of several key ingredients for our first picks for our selections. She is truly a kind soul that deserves great things to come in her life! We truly appreciated the fantastic service we received and the fantastic “Science Experiment” ice cream, which was definitely fun for our granddaughter to watch the process in real time. We will definitely be back!!!

Proud Clients: Best Michoacan ice cream. Very flavorful you can tell it’s not store bought from the quality. Also the Aguas frescas like the Horchata is delicious. They have none dairy items which is a plus for lactose customers. Thanks for the service.

I went in twice the first time I purchased a fruit cup with Chamoy sauce and Tajin and the 2nd time I went back to get mango ice cream for my daughter to take home. I told the lady I would like it to go. Then she tells me very rude in front of other customers "Next time you need to tell me!" I didn't say anything because I didn't want to make a scene.

They gave me all the time I needed to try different samples elven though there were a line of customers. These two young ladies are going places if they keep up this great customer service. The person attended me was really kind, and the place wasn't busy at all. There was many different many flavors and toppings that you can add on to ice cream and I found the size convenient. I honestly 100% recommend if you want a tasty treat and something cool you down.

Jerico Cabaya (REKI): Not a bad soft serve yogurt place. Customer service was nice. The setting gives it a place to hang out and even has a bit of arcades in the backroom.I gave 4 stars for a few reasons. Soft serve is not like yogurt land quality. And its sort of expensive per oz for what you get. There are daily deals fo make up for it like fill an 8oz cup as much as you want for a flat rate of 5 bucks which i went for.
Dave C: What a gem of a place. This froyo bar has it down perfect and we were incredibly impressed. Plenty of flavors, dairy and non-, with an amazing peach, fudge, raspberry, pineapple, and more. Toppings galore, and more.Parking is pretty good, as it shares a large lot with the rest of the tennants, so park anywhere. Easily accessible from Horizon Dr off 11.Very clean, and very festive, they've taken the island theme to heart but it's not overkill. Lots of seating, with some outdoors as well, and a back area full of arcade and other games for your enjoyment.
Monica Tobon: Every once in a while, I want a frozen treat, and this is my go-to place. I love the peanut butter! They offer a nice array of topping, too. During the week they offer specials, and pup treats are available!

She contacted me immediately to confirm I had it with me when I left, allowing me to narrow down my search. Yes I ended up finding it with her help. This wallet is not only important because of it's contents inside but my dad gave it to me before he passed. So, a big THANK YOU to her! She showed a sense of urgency and importance which is not found much these days anymore. I'll be forever grateful!

Anonymous: Great location right on the lake! They have a good selection of gelato and other tasty goodies like shakes, smoothies, coffee, and espresso. The marshmallow gelato was a winner in my book!The inside is quite small though, and you’ll want to cram in there like a sardine if you want to avoid the heat. They have in door seating but sitting right outside in the shade is perfectly fine especially if you are claustrophobic.

Shirley Bova: Went through the drive through ordered 1 item then changed my mind. I still ordered the items for 2 people, that's when the young lady really got an attitude. I kept saying thank you and said I was sorry to change, however, no matter how hard I tried she would not say thank you. She was very indignant, it's to bad she doesn't have patience for customer service. Every one else has been very nice and helpful at this location. Maybe, some retraining is in order. The time was around 6:30 on Fri 07-072023.
