Michael Rosenthal: I went Ro the establishment and I had a great experience with the two young ladies Morgan and Kaylie. They greeted me with a nice smile and hello. They gave me all the time I needed to try different samples elven though there were a line of customers. These two young ladies are going places if they keep up this great customer service. I would definitely revisit this establishment. The chocolate chip ice cream is the absolute best

Joseph Pendleton: The person that was serving us was very kind. I asked for a rocky road but he didn't have any. But he made some for me in less than 5 minutes. It is a great treat on a 115 degree day.
Jesus Bobadilla: My first time eating at this creamy, and what I can say is that overall i enjoyed the time there, I need to cool down from the heat and work. The person attended me was really kind, and the place wasn't busy at all. There was many different many flavors and toppings that you can add on to ice cream and I found the size convenient. I honestly 100% recommend if you want a tasty treat and something cool you down.

Kimberly Cromwell: Sub Zero Nitrogen Ice Cream on S Valle Verde has fantastic ice cream. You need to make sure you go in with an open mind and plenty of time because it typically takes some time to make each persons ice cream. I had the Cherry Charge and it tasted like Chocolate covered cherries… it was delicious!!! My husband had the BERNOULLI BRULEE… he thought it was really good as well. Our Daughter and GrandDaughter customized theirs and loved their end creations, but at the end of the day one of the best parts about our trip to Sub Zero Nitrogen Ice Cream earlier this evening was “Joy” the lone store attendant, who had only been on the job for three and a half weeks. She was nice, sweet, funny, and truly sorry when she had to break the news to us that they were out of several key ingredients for our first picks for our selections. She is truly a kind soul that deserves great things to come in her life! We truly appreciated the fantastic service we received and the fantastic “Science Experiment” ice cream, which was definitely fun for our granddaughter to watch the process in real time. We will definitely be back!!!

MadMac: Their machinery broke down for a while which set them behind for several hours in loading. But, the supervisor that was managing the door and notifying the drivers to hit the door was professional. He promised to get me in the dock today and was true to his word. I’ve been to worse places. Mind you I wish they had more than one door for loading in the freezer side but it is a small joint and we can’t all get what we want. For loading head through the gate and to the end of the lot to the east. If there is a space open where the trailers are parked then back into one. The shipping receiving door isn’t marked but it’s the door next to the picnic tables under the blue tent. Head in there and there’s your typical shipping window and a sign in sheet. If there aren’t any spots then you might get away with parking along the fence line out of the way otherwise there’s plenty of curb parking on the street.

Carlos Santini: I really don't have a lot of problems when it comes to delivering cream to this plant. Usually the bay I have to pull into is empty so I just pull in wait about 15 minutes and some comes out to help. I think my wait time is usually about 3 hours the latest and then I'm off to do another delivery.
