This review is for the service writer/advisor Steve in the service department. Brought my 2020 GMC Sierra 1500 in for a check engine light. Unfortunately the part that needed replacement was not covered under my power train warranty and I had just passed my 3 year/36,000 mile warranty. Steve still put in the effort to submit a “good faith” warranty claim to GM and GM responded stating they would cover 60% of the total parts and labor costs. This saved me around $400! Steve was very transparent during the whole repair process and extremely professional!

Schedule appointment, vehicle was dropped off and finished before well within my time frame. Advisor kept me informed. Received video of work performed. That's my dealership for all my vehicle repairs.
