ARNOLD PREPEÑA: I purchased my Mercedes-Benz at Sahara, and the service was poor. People are hungry for money and very dishonest. Since I’m working at the mall near Henderson, I decided to bring my car in for service at Mercedes Benz of Henderson. I’ve never been disappointed for many years. “Will Bane,” the service advisor, always gives me above-and-beyond service when it comes to advising how to maintain my car. He has exceeded my expectations, and I always deal with no one else. He treats you like family. I highly recommend this advisor. He’s very honest and knows how to please his clients. Thanks for hiring this kind of person – a valuable asset to this company.

Unfortunately, I didn’t care much for the car after driving it for a few weeks, so I decided to trade it in less than 2 months later. Since I purchased GAP insurance, I wanted a refund of that money. I called the dealership and a finance manager told me the process – to come in person and fill out a form, provide the payoff and mileage info and they’d take care of the rest. Jessie Porreca Moser: Nice and easy service experience! I just moved here and this is a huge improvement from the Reno Mercedes Benz service. Was nervous to try a new dealership after my horrible experiences in Reno but this team was very easy to work with and professional. They even came to my house and picked up my car and dropped it off after my service all in the same day. They washed it and vacuumed it which I have never gotten with past services. Very communicative which is also not normal of service departments.

I purchased the car, sight unseen, and he did a very thorough job in taking video, test driving the car, and explaining all the blemishes so I wouldn't be surprised at delivery. He did a great job, and didn't miss one thing. When I am in the market for a car again, I will not hesitate to reach out to them again. What an amazing experience. JJ M: Love Bmw of Henderson. Went in for oil change and work was done above and beyond the standard expected. Received a video of the under car inspection in which the mechanic pointed out the status of condition of parts and possible upcoming services that vehicle might need. Very transparent and customer friendly. Nathan is the mechanic that deserves 5 stars!
Kyle Hickey: Jenn & Alex are amazing! I've come to this BMW for about 3 years and have had one problem after another. Former employees not really giving me the time of day, rude remarks, the whole nine. The experience I had today makes up for all of that! Storms were really bad yesterday and just one of my windshield wipers stopped working. Brought my BMW in with NO appointment and not to mention they were SLAMMED with cars already. Noticing the fix could be a quick 5 minute fix, Jenn asks Alex to come take a look, Alex notices what's wrong quickly and is back outside with his tool and fixed the wiper that fast. The service was amazing, customer service was amazing. Neither one of them had to do what they did. This experience just shows the type of people they are. ROCKSTARS! They literally went above and beyond and I'm very thankful for that!

EXCELLENT customer service, FRIENDLY advice and EXPERTISE knowledge really convinced me to continue my service here. I was to the point of driving to LA for better car service. Leone Bechard: They are very busy. Kyle Maxwell is good. But service is slow and pricey. They forgot to fix glove box lock. Second visit they said glove box would need more than 5 hours to fix and after third visit they said it would be over $1,000 to fix.Third visit 'check engine soon' light was on for 1,000 miles and they couldn't find what the problem was and they charged me $237 and three days without my only car. Disappointed.

Julia Gallegos: We went to Carmax first they told us to go see what car we wanted out in their parking lot, After waiting an hour & half at Carmax what seemed forever we're told most of those cars were not available for sale after being told all the cars on the lot are for sale. So upset wasted so much time but definitely left.So happy we did we went to AutoNation & we met a wonderful man name Jake He was so patient with us so sympathetic with our needs, We couldn't ask for a more then helpful person to work with us in buying a car. We walked in they were about to close they stayed open & worked with us did paperwork till 11:15 pm at night. Court Fonge: I had tons of questions and demands when I found the car I was looking for because I live about two hours away from the dealership. CJ worked with me and he was able to physically check the car for anything I asked, he sent personalized photos for me that weren’t even online, took videos and tested the things I had concerns about and sent me the car fax and a cost breakdown. We texted for about 4 days before I was able to come get the car and everything was perfect when we got here. No surprises, exactly what I was expecting. Great experience, I will come back again or recommend in the future.
