chineye E: Jonathan made the auto loan process very smooth and easy for me. After dealing with the dealership, it was refreshing to work with someone who was very detailed and efficient. Loan process took about 2 days total in turnaround. Good rate and wonderful customer service. I would recommend this bank to friends and family members.

The more research I did between banks and credit unions, the more I was attracted to what credit unions had to offer. The more homework I did between credit unions, the more I was attracted to what Mountain America had to offer. So I ended up signing up today to become a member.My goodness, seeing everything I was missing out on with being with the credit union vs being with mega Bank that I was, my number one regret was waiting this long to sign up with credit union. I should have never waited this long to join a credit union.I also want to thank Ashley for helping me out today. You guys keep doing what you're doing and you'll have me for life.

Helped me a few times with some issues I’ve had with merchants and always had quick determinations. The only thing I wish they had was service on Saturdays. It would be really convenient for those people who work Monday thru Friday 🤓
