Was having problems with service from Arrowhead Bank on Sierra and Renaissance Parkway in Fontana; this location is strictly for ATM transactions; most of the time their machines aren't working. Called SCE FCU and get representative named Elizabeth. She was very helpful and found a full service affiliate that was actually closer to my work location. Really appreciated her professionalism and customer service.
