M Arment: I have been going to them for my pool motor repair for over 20 years. They use to be at 3240 S Arville #A, I am a very happy customer,. Their work is outstanding. I highly recommend them. The original owner sold the business to family member, eventually they sold it to another person. I have no problem with their work, Cost has risen from my last repair, but that's what I would expect. Just had a pool motor repaired, replacement works good. Maybe I will get another 20 years on this pump motor.

Driving my VW with check engine light on for almost a year as other shops made wrong diagnosis and light kept coming back on or were unable to make the diagnosis. Found Master Tech online and gave them my blind trust as they promised to fix the issue. Yes, they did. It's over 4 months and the check engine light and other error lights never come back. Master Tech has great customer service. They called me after diagnosis, followed up after the repair. They will be my go-to repair shop in the future. As a woman driver, I feel comfortable working with them.

MAINTENACE MCKEE: These guys are great! Price was below other places they work on European vehicles specifically brought in 2009 bmw 128i to replace front crank seal and oil pan gasket. The belt broke and pushed in the seal and asked them to take a picture of the material in the belt they did one better put the belt material found inside the engine inside a bag and allowed me to see whay came out of engine. I am sure glad I went with RG MOTORWORKS. I also asked if they could put a seal cover on that I got from the internet that prevents the seal from getting pushed in if the belt ever breaks again they installed at no extra cost. The work is warranted for 1 year. I am one that doesn't trust people to work on my vehicles I prefer to do things myself, but I felt assured with not only the quality and knowledge of the mechanic but the customer service here is excellent.

They have serviced 6 vehicles for over 15 years and never once have we had a complaint or any issues. So many times RG has proven a lot less expensive and much more honest and caring than any big box dealers. Reddy, Alician and their entire staff are amazing people!

Brad B: 6 out of 5 stars. I was passing through Vegas on an 8 hour drive and had a sudden, spontaneous coolant leak that required some hoses to be replaced. By chance, Aloha was the closest mechanic shop when I pulled off the highway. They were able to squeeze me into their VERY busy schedule and get me back on the road in just a few hours. Not only are they honest and fairly priced, they took pity on my situation and helped me out when they could have just sent me to any other mechanic nearby or told me that their schedule was too tight. Macquelyn Green: I’ve had the most wonderful experience at imperial auto the service there was impeccable, but I must single out Susanne she went above and beyond to fix my situation she was mindful to my feelings and my frustration. There are not people like that in the world nowadays, anybody need service you need to take a look into imperial auto, the other guys, the other way to go if you have any problems when you bring it back if there’s no problem with hesitation with evaluating what might’ve went wrong. Shout out again to auto motive, especially susanne love U guys great work.
Sam Mccawley: I always went to the dealership with my vehicles. Because I thought they would give me superior workmanship. But this is the best place I have found hands down. The best mechanics friendliest staff. I will not take any of my vehicles anywhere else.
Rizwan Rasheed: with low oil and that an oil change is recommended.I have never heard of this but I trusted what she said. The oil was changed and she reported that the Enclave is no longer showing misfires after a 16 mile test run. I was cleared to come back and pick up the car.I was expecting to be out about $500-$1000 in repair. I was surprised to know that the total was under $200.00 and the car was running just as normal. I was able to go home without extending my stay!I am very happy with the quick and excellent service I received from everyone at Imperial Auto & Truck - a day before a major holiday.
