Ash Mendoza: This honestly is one of the best driving schools out here in Nevada! I searched for months on driving schools to see which would be the best for me to use and I'm so thankful I used this driving academy! Jeff is a very calm driving instructor who prioritizes you being comfortable behind the wheel. I did 5 lessons with Jeff in total and I have to say I learned so much driving with him. He knows how to keep conversation while also teaching which is great! And I'm happy to say because of him I have a license now so I'm very thankful for all the things he taught me!

Riley Welch: Seriously cannot recommend the NV Drive Academy enough. Jeff is an incredible instructor who was calm, patient, and very knowledgeable. He knows his stuff better than anyone and is SUPER accommodating to all types of schedules. He not only prepares you to become a safe, confident driver, but he also prepares you for the driving test that everyone always dreads. I did 3 2 hour lessons with him which also included a short practice before the drive test and the use of his car, and thanks to my time with him, I passed my test 1st try! Amanda Castilliano: Investing in driving lessons for our first teenage driver proved to be one of my best decisions. My second best decision was enrolling her with Las Vegas NV Driving School.If you're hesitant, I strongly encourage you to do it. Despite my assumption that my husband, who taught me to drive at 14, would handle teaching our daughter, it didn't happen as I planned... just like it's much harder coaching your own kids.My daughter thoroughly enjoyed her lessons with Wendy, which significantly boosted her confidence as she had a much more calming presence than myself and my husband.What impressed me was their policy of not recommending a driving test unless they were confident in the student's ability to pass. Opting to rent their vehicle for the test was my child's preference, and it certainly wasn't in vain--she aced the test on her first try!Wendy consistently demonstrated punctuality, even surprising me at my door a few times when I was deeply engrossed in work and lost track of time.Thierry was an absolute delight to communicate with, adeptly handling all administrative matters. I opted to use Zelle for payments, which was incredibly convenient. They also accepted cash payments.When my next child is ready to drive, I will undoubtedly be sending her here as well.It's a true win-win situation--I get to maintain my sanity and they get quality lessons from someone that's a much better teacher than I am!Las Vegas is not very friendly for first time drivers, so I am glad there’s driving schools like this that will teach our children good habits to practice during the chaos on our roadways.
Roodle Noodle: The instructor I had was very clear on what I could do to improve and didn't let fixable mistakes go. She was my second teacher and I gained a whole new perspective on driving and I improved rapidly! She even drove with me to my college so I could learn the route and taught me stuff about it. If you do something wrong it won't be excused and it makes doing things right all the better since you know you did it perfect. I also had some nice conversations that helped ease my nerves, it was rather fun when we chatted!

Janelle Thompson: Richard Herold is very good with drivers that deal with anxiety and a lack of confidence. It took me 9 years to even be able to begin my driving journey. On the first lesson Richard helped me drive on the road and I was shocked because right before the lesson I was a nervous wreck but Richard was calm, cool, and collected. Richard was patient and very understanding. The rest of my lessons though I had mistakes I continued too have less mistakes every time I was driving with him. He helped me drive on the freeway three times and helped me learn how too park during my second too last lesson. Richard continued to help me gain my confidence.For only having five driving lessons with Richard Herold and only driving on the road for 3 weeks. Thanks to him I improved greatly in driving and I continue too improve everyday. Now at 25 years old I am finally at a strong and confident place when it comes too driving. Though I didn’t pass my drivers test the first time today, I’m grateful to have the confidence too even be able too drive. My journey of driving has taken me nine years but thanks too Richard I’m finally becoming a more confident driver.I prepared too take my drivers test today though as I said after 3 weeks of driving with Richard I didn’t feel 100% ready. So even when I didn’t pass my test today, I was grateful too have Richard teach me. I wasn’t upset, I’m relieved because that means I have more time too practice for my retake test. I’m determined, motivated, and more confident than I have been before. I know how too improve on the mistakes I made and I know I will pass during my second time at North Decatur’s DMV in 3 weeks.Thank you Richard for being patient, kind, and understanding too my situation. According to the DMV this course will give you the equivalent of 50 hour driving experience.
The Driver's Education is meant to give you the equivalent of 50 extra hours of driving experience.
On the contrary to the permit, the Driver's Ed certificate do not expire for the DMV in order to pass your driver's license.
it may help you to refresh your memory or make you more comfortable driving as well prepare you for the permit if you do not have it yet. If you are OVER 18 years of age, you will not need to pass the drivers ed exam.
In order to learn how to drive behind-the wheel All new drivers, teens and adults must pass the knowledge test that It is a 50 questions test at a DMV location.
You must request your permit at the DMV after passing the knowledge test in order to be allowed to drive with an instructor, professional or not.

I was very pleased with the improvement of her driving skills after just a few lessons; especially her following distance. Jennie Batac: I’ve known Mitch for 5 years, one of my close friends back in high school referred me to him, I had a total of 6 hours of driving practice with him and he helped me gain confidence to drive and earn my license when I was 17. I passed my driving test my first try! He taught me everything I need to know about driving and I still use these techniques even 5 years later. Right now he’s teaching my 16 year old brother who just earned his permit and I’m enforcing the same driving techniques I learned from Mitch to teach him. CarvingMachine: The 9 newest people giving a poor review of your experience, my only question is WHAT EXPERIENCE?! None of you were students of mine. Can you prove you were in the car with me? I know I can prove you weren't. For 1 thing, it is humanly impossible for me to do 9 lessons in a day! If I could, my customer waiting list wouldn't be 2 moths deep! I know another drive school wouldn't stoop to such a level because the owners are not this immature. All of you need to get a life because obviously, you 9 DONT HAVE ONE!

Izabella Arredondo-Gutierrez: I had a great experience with Safe Driving School. I had driven about 30 hours when I decided to take 3 lessons to prep me for the driving test. I had Rick for my first lesson and he was super helpful teaching defense driving skills, steering methods, and saying kind words that gave me confidence in my driving. My second lesson was with Dan and we went over driving test routes which was very helpful. I asked for my third lesson to be with Rick because he was such a big help! I had some anxiety for my test but Rick provided assurance and gudiance. I passed with a 94%!The driving lessons were extremely helpful. Thank you!

Om Rane: I very much appreciate Jacks work ethic and attitude every time I go to one of his lessons. He is always very attentive and makes sure that his student is driving in the proper caution. At the end of every lesson he makes sure to ask his students what they got out of the lesson. So there is always something to learn when there is a lesson with Jack. Juan Carranza: Giron Driving school is a great school to get your CDL. The staff is amazing and instructor Rick was amazing. The school was able to work with my schedule as I had a full time job and had to go to school part time. Instructor Rick was very patient and taught me everything the right way truly one of the best teachers anyone could ask for. Administration office was always very friendly and positive. Sandra and Islena were great they were always ready to help me with my work schedule. They will not proceed phases in the course unless your are 100% ready to move on. The trailer is an manual transmission but no worries because instructor Rick can teach you how to drive manuals because I only driven automatics. This school was just what I needed and I am very great full for all the tools they have given me I just graduated and hold a CDL license and will be driving OTR

Wandalis Reyes: The only reason I give 4 stars, instead of 5, is because I saw promotions saying the class was only 4 weeks long, but it turned out to be way longer than that about 8-10 weeks.But other than that it was a great experience, Danny and Michelle are great to work with, awesome attitudes everyday.Isiah was my instructor for the afternoon classes. He makes sure you're well prepared for the realities of trucking and the test. He's also almost always available on the weekends for some extra training.The trucks break down every once in a while and they're really quick to repair them.The prices are good if you pay in full, when I paid it was $5,500 and everything is covered, no weird hidden fees.Overall really great experience, I would recommend. Just know the training is not 4 weeks long it's longer, atleast for me when I attended
