I made my appointment online, got through in one week, drove up to the service station, and met Riki. Waited a few hours since they did detail work on my SUV. The waiting area is so beautiful and clean, and there are some cute jeep accessories to purchase. I went into the car dealership hesitant like everyone does because you never know the turnout but Jovan reassured me that he would get me in not only a car, but the car I wanted. The entire process took about 3 hrs , i test drove only 1 car because he was so sure I would get it, and I did. He was very attentive , and honestly more excited about me getting the car than I was. I couldn’t have had a better sales man. Thank you Jovan, it was a pleasure working with you.

Nicholas Giles: I woke up early to go to work. The sun had yet to rise. Most sane people were still in their beds. I get in my truck and press the start button. There’s a loud click and everything shuts off. I’ve never had a push to start vehicle before so I wasn’t sure what this meant. After some research, it’s just a low battery. I contacted the dealership and they told me the batter was still under warranty. I jumped the truck, and dropped it off at the dealership. They provided me an Uber to get home. They had my truck for about 24 hours before I got another call. They said both batteries were replaced under warranty at no cost. That saves me quite a chunk of change. They sent another Uber to pick me up. When I arrived at the dealership, they had my truck ready to go. In their showroom, they had balloons tied to each car. These were small balloons. I remember back in the day, dealerships having gigantic balloons on the cars. I was tempted to downgrade them to 4 stars for this, but thought better of it. The staff was quite pleasant and I’ll be returning to this location. I only hope they get some quality balloons in the future.

Brian Donahoe Jr: Last year I bought, what I thought, was adecent car from a friend. No less than 2 weeks later the bad luck started with somebody stealing the catalytic converter from it. Got that fixed and then it started having a plethora of problems that would then get fixed. Long story short, I ended up spending almost triple in repairs of what I initially paid for it and finally had enough of the nightmare vehicle. I brought the vehicle in at 6:30pm last night and met with Rich Greene and Lance Long. They both were ready to end their work day when I showed up, but they both raced over to me and my family and immediately went to work on getting me squared away and into a much better situation. They made the entire experience so worth it all the way from the amazing greeting upon entering the main lobby to assisting my children with finding the bathroom and offering my youngest one of those poppit toys. Thank you so much Lance and Rich! I'm absolutely floored by the service I received and you two woke me up from the last year's worth of vehicle nightmare I was trapped in. You guys rock and I will definitely be back when its time to upgrade the wife's vehicle and I have already referred two other friends, who are in need of getting into a better vehicle, to you guys as well. Richard Greene was a great help in buying my car -- he was willing to answer questions and even offer potential options that would save me a little money. I never felt pressured to buy anything, and I never felt rushed during the whole process. I would 100% recommend someone buying their cars. They're all very well maintained and documented, so anyone worried about buying used cars has nothing to fear. Plus, the one I chose was a 2021 model with few miles on it and no dings or scratches-- so it was like brand new.
