Liane goes above and beyond to do her job and I highly recommend her as a sales consultant. Also customer experience manger Lance is an extra bonus to getting you into the car you want . Brian Donahoe Jr: Last year I bought, what I thought, was adecent car from a friend. No less than 2 weeks later the bad luck started with somebody stealing the catalytic converter from it. Got that fixed and then it started having a plethora of problems that would then get fixed. Long story short, I ended up spending almost triple in repairs of what I initially paid for it and finally had enough of the nightmare vehicle. I brought the vehicle in at 6:30pm last night and met with Rich Greene and Lance Long. They both were ready to end their work day when I showed up, but they both raced over to me and my family and immediately went to work on getting me squared away and into a much better situation. They made the entire experience so worth it all the way from the amazing greeting upon entering the main lobby to assisting my children with finding the bathroom and offering my youngest one of those poppit toys. Thank you so much Lance and Rich! I'm absolutely floored by the service I received and you two woke me up from the last year's worth of vehicle nightmare I was trapped in. You guys rock and I will definitely be back when its time to upgrade the wife's vehicle and I have already referred two other friends, who are in need of getting into a better vehicle, to you guys as well. They were like seeing old friends, they took us on a full tour of every building and even the owner joined us and loved explaining things to us. Now to the Cars, they were on another level. Incredible variety or cars, motorcycles, planes, bikes, RV's etc. We spent Hours there. Couldnt give them a better rating! Best spot in vegas for motor heads hands down.
