Alice Wolff: Requires reservations for the Hibachi experience. Went there with my family and had a great time. We went as early so no one really was in the restaurant but us so service was fast. Our server made us laugh a few times and entertained us while he was cooking our food. Going again for sure. It is pricey but you're getting what you paid for. My family had a great time. Food was delicious he cooked all our meats to our liking perfectly. The meats were so tender and moist. They also serve sushi here but I only tried their creamy shrimp which btw was very tasty. I hope next time to order something different and taste just as excellent as the first time. The portions were good and I was satisfied. Deserts I didn't really try but they in my opinion could have better options for dessert with such an expensive restaurant. Go here you won't be disappointed

Christina Gagnon: Overall was a great experience! Was not overly crowded. Food was great! I did have to ask for an extra glass of water a few times. Definitely recommend eating here!Kid-friendliness: We had 5 kids with us. One is a picky eater and another one has allot of food allergies. Our picky eater loved the chicken with teriyaki sauce. For our other one who is allergic to eggs, our server offered an alternative. The kids loved watching the chef.

This eatery bamboozled our mindset of that thought! We were absolutely delighted that we chose this restaurant and it had a high rating to boot! Not only was the food amazing, so was the service! The atmosphere is kind of trendy and it gets crowded, sitting is limited! We travel through the Southwest desert yearly and we try to visit as many eateries as we can, and we will definitely remember and return to Hiroba Sushi!

Daniel McClenahan: Went for a late Lunch meal, and while there weren't a great amount of customers we assumed it was because we were late for the lunch crowd and early for the dinner crowd. We were sat immediately and were given Edamame and cucumber in a very tasty rice wine vinegar. The edamame was fine and the cucumbers were very flavorful. We ordered the Lisa Hand Roll and it was perfect, tasty, and good sized while a more expensive roll its highly recommended. I'm a fan of cream cheese in .y rolls and while I know it's far from traditional the Monkey Roll was so good I don't feel even the smallest bit ashamed of ordering something far from traditional. The Flower Rolls are both beautiful and expertly executed and the cuts are extremely fresh. All in all I can't say more than 10 out of 10 and will absolutely be coming here again!Parking: Don't let its location in a Strip Mall deceive you. This is SERIOUSLY GOOD SUSHI!

We also ordered the Flower Roll which was excellent and provided pictures below of it. The rolls are also not that expensive which was another reason to drive a little further from the strip. In all we spent about 30 dollars a person and left in a very happy "Sushi Coma" state.Overall we really enjoyed our visit to I Love Sushi and look forward on visiting again on our next trip to Southern NevadaParking: Parking was rather easy to find since it was away from the crowds of Vegas

Evan Stewart: I recently visited Midori Japanese Fusion Sushi and was blown away by the amazing food. The restaurant offers a wide selection of bento boxes with your choice of sushi roll, which was a really nice touch. The quality of the food was excellent and everything we tried was delicious.What really stood out to me though was the exceptional service we received from our waitress. She was really friendly and attentive, making our time at the restaurant a pleasure. It's always great to feel welcomed and valued as a customer, and she definitely made us feel that way.Overall, I highly recommend Midori Japanese Fusion Sushi. With its fantastic food and exceptional service, it's definitely a restaurant worth trying out.

Total deal! Amazing deal actually. Plus I'm full and that sushi was made just for me at the counter by the sushi chef and it was beyond fresh. You owe it to yourself to come here often. I'm going to! Kelly Lanahan: This is one of the best sushi places i have been to in the United States! While visiting from NY my friends took me here and it was so good I wanted to go back right away! There is plenty of seating and they are willing to accommodate larger parties if you call ahead.I recommend getting the unagi nigiri it is great and a bit different than everywhere else. I will miss this place when I am back home.

Anita Thompson: I was very impressed with The Sushi. I had the basic California roll. It was so fresh and delicious. I ordered the lunch special with the Chicken Teriyaki. Very tasty as well. The atmosphere is nice with televisions above around a sushi bar. The service was great as my waitress was very accommodating. The restaurant was very clean and I will be coming back soon.

S K: . It’s similar to an airplane lavatory and very off-putting. Then, they hired a waitress who apparently had had no training on proper food handling as she will put your drink on the table by grabbing the rim such that her thumb ends up inside the glass. The same goes for the food bowls. I mean INSIDE and almost touching the liquid. I’ve also seen her handle things like money, then go to handling food items without washing her hands. Also, when ordering things like extra noodles, if they remember to do so, they don’t bring them out until I’m almost done with the meal. Hopefully you don’t have any issues with anything because it takes a looooong time for the wait staff to come around and check on things.

Kage DQT: Interesting take on AYCE with the addition of hibachi. Should give this place a try if you’re in the area. They even have a melon bar dessert that’s pretty solid.

dustin kelley: The rolls were amazing! The Jolla Jolla roll is my favorite. We had a little issue with my wife being allergic to an ingredient and they replaced it and refunded it no questions asked! Awesome customer service. Thank you Sushi Cafe for a wonderful night with our family!

C&SB: Fantastic service and food. Prices are reasonable and we ordered a lot of things to try.We came in before a big group. There was a customer who must have gotten there first from the group who seemed to us to be ordering the 2 servers around. Not meanly but just kinda took over. We thought she was a manager at first. She caused some confusion as her group poured in and she pointed out where they should sit, the waitresses were left standing there as she took over. Finally as people sat down and we didn't, one waitress realized we were not with that group and asked us to make sure. As soon as we said we were not with them, she sat us and then made sure our order was put in before theirs. She gave excellent service and our food came out in record time. We were thankful she realized the oversight. The confusion was because of the controlling customer and not the staff. Idk if this group had called ahead. But it didn't seem like it. I hope they tipped her well. We made sure we tipped over 20% because she really went the extra mile for us. I wish we'd gotten her name. We were there Saturday afternoon 8/12/23 if that helps.

The ramens were all very good with excellent pasta cooking, fresh and crunchy vegetables, a good broth.The mochis were also delicious.Very good service.A good alternative to American food as a tourist from France.Too bad we are just passing through, otherwise we would come back!
