Jerifaye Flores: This review is for the new omakase here at Kaiseki Yuzu. This is one of the best meals I have ever had in Las Vegas. Scratch that, probably in my entire life. Now I have never been to Japan but their sushi is flown in from Japan so can I now say my mouth has been to Japan? Loved everything I ate here from start to finish. I didn’t think I would get so full but I was very full at the end of the meal. It’s an 8-course meal but most courses have multiple items. I am not going into detail about every single thing I had here because you just have to try it out for yourself. No wonder food influencers have been hyping this place up. It’s truly worth it! Plus, the staff’s attention to detail is impeccable, from the chef to our server. My sake and water glass was never empty. Our server wiped down our table even after seeing just one speck of food on there. She is very funny too. The chef really knows what he is doing too, and also has quite the sense of humor. All in all, I would definitely splurge on this place whenever I get the chance. I am dreaming about that melt-in-your mouth O toro!
Janice Y: First time kaiseki experience and the bar has been set high. The 10 course meal was around 2 hours, but it didn't feel like this at all due to the pacing of the courses. There were 8 seats in front of the chef and a few private rooms. The wait staff was very attentive by refilling water, removing dishes and explaining each course being served. Was also fascinating to see the prep going into each dish. Overall a wonderful experience and the chef also came by at the end of the meal to ask us how it was and thanked us for coming.

Yukiko Nagasawa: First time coming to try this place out and fell in love! Definitely coming back and recommending to my friends and family! My husband and I added the sake pairing with our meal and it was so amazing! They brought out different cups for each sake as well so we didn't mix the flavors of the sake in the cup. The food was phenomenal. I love kaiseki ryori but I never really looked for one in the states. I'm so happy My husband found this place! My friends and my husband I loved everything!

The chefs prepare the dishes in front of you and each dish is explained thoroughly. My husband did the beverage pairing, and he thought it was well selected and appreciated the variety of drinks.Each dish was thoughtfully prepared and tasted exquisite. Henry Chyung: Amazing experience! Very tasty, interesting, and innovative menu combined with great service and friendly chefs. Ordered a bunch of extra sushi and sashimi highlighted by seared A5 wagyu sushi, which was crazy good. Hope to go back soon!

Len Yeh: Las Vegas has a lot of fantastic omakases, but Kaiseki Sanga really delivers something unique. While some other spots may have arguably better fish selection, Kaiseki Sanga is the most memorable omakase overall, delivering on presentation, quality, creativity, and diversity in the dishes. I've gone to omakases that were very sashimi heavy, but they were otherwise "boring," and I won't really remember them. Kaiseki Sanga feels different and fun the moment you check-in. There are more cooked dishes than what you may expect, and I left feeling extremely satisfied.
Nick: Had dinner here on 10/1/2022. It was a very nice experience, the subtle ambience is very calming and makes the dining experience very enjoyable. The staff along with the chefs are very kind and attentive in a non intrusive yet very on top of things type of way. I didn't enjoy every thing on the menu that was served, but I did enjoy the process of how every thing was served. I would for sure dine here again I also like how the dining experience is very small and intimate to the point where you're met outside the front door and basically escorted inside, it isn't loud and crowded so I really enjoyed that aspect as well.

Alice Wolff: Requires reservations for the Hibachi experience. Went there with my family and had a great time. We went as early so no one really was in the restaurant but us so service was fast. Our server made us laugh a few times and entertained us while he was cooking our food. Going again for sure. It is pricey but you're getting what you paid for. My family had a great time. Food was delicious he cooked all our meats to our liking perfectly. The meats were so tender and moist. They also serve sushi here but I only tried their creamy shrimp which btw was very tasty. I hope next time to order something different and taste just as excellent as the first time. The portions were good and I was satisfied. Deserts I didn't really try but they in my opinion could have better options for dessert with such an expensive restaurant. Go here you won't be disappointed

Evan Stewart: I recently visited Midori Japanese Fusion Sushi and was blown away by the amazing food. The restaurant offers a wide selection of bento boxes with your choice of sushi roll, which was a really nice touch. The quality of the food was excellent and everything we tried was delicious.What really stood out to me though was the exceptional service we received from our waitress. She was really friendly and attentive, making our time at the restaurant a pleasure. It's always great to feel welcomed and valued as a customer, and she definitely made us feel that way.Overall, I highly recommend Midori Japanese Fusion Sushi. With its fantastic food and exceptional service, it's definitely a restaurant worth trying out.
Shannon Miller: Stellar lunch service. Professional, courteous staff. Delicious, quality food for a great price. My favorite is Bento Box D with shrimp tempura and chicken gyoza.
Michelle Ayala: Sharon was my server. She was attentive and super friendly. The teriyaki chicken bento box for dinner was $13.95. It came with teriyaki chicken, white rice, spicy tuna sushi roll, shrimp tempura, miso soup, a salad and I ordered green tea. Just wow. It was so good, plus that price is like a light lunch price. Total deal! Amazing deal actually. Plus I'm full and that sushi was made just for me at the counter by the sushi chef and it was beyond fresh. You owe it to yourself to come here often. I'm going to! Kelly Lanahan: This is one of the best sushi places i have been to in the United States! While visiting from NY my friends took me here and it was so good I wanted to go back right away! There is plenty of seating and they are willing to accommodate larger parties if you call ahead.I recommend getting the unagi nigiri it is great and a bit different than everywhere else. I will miss this place when I am back home.

I get the lunch bento box which has teriyaki chicken, rice, a little salad, 2 fried dumplings, a sushi roll, and miso soup. All of that for about $10! The food tastes great and the value is amazing. I recommend this place to anyone I have a work lunch with and they get rave reviews from each person I take!
