GailTodd Stark: I've used Black Mountain on several occasions for tune-ups and miscellaneous issues with my furnace, thermostats and a/c. They've been very easy to work with - they communicate well, arrive on time, and do what they say. I felt that their prices were fair.Recently, I decided to replace my 18-year old hvac systems and asked Black Mountain for bids. I ended up choosing their solution. The installation of the new furnace and a/c went smoothly. Their bid wasn't the lowest price. Tim Perry: From initial contact to installation everything went smooth. I voiced my concerns about my old dying unit to them and we quickly came up with a plan. On the same day I had a technician out to measure for the new unit and an estimate. 2 days later I had a crew of technicians out at my house installing the new unit. The whole install took about 3 to 4 hours start to finish. Everyone I dealt with either in person or over the phone was great to work with.Update: Had them out for my spring checkup and the tech was great! Cleaned the unit, inspected and tested everything.Update:Special shout out to Tod who sat with me over the phone assisting in coming up with solutions to an issue I'm having while getting the house reroofed.
