Suz the Q: First off, if I could give this company "10 Stars" I would. Top-notched professionalism: from Guillermo "Memo" Gonzalez's professional presentation of the products he offered; to Cruz & his young tech installer who showed on May 3, 2023 at 7:00AM & left around 6:00PM, having installed a 2-stage Lennox A/C & 6-jet gas furnace in the attic -- hardworking, polite, professional; to the polite & professional ladies in the office who answered my phone calls. Beforehand, I researched installation costs/units for the country as a whole. Polar Air/Heating, Inc. came in at the mid-range cost for this area of the country. Range was $10,500. to $14,500, depending what part of the country one lives. The Lennox 2-stage A/C is working perfectly, especially as this July 2023 is breaking high temps records. Also, a touch-screen Honeywell thermostat was installed. I recommend this company highly to anyone wishing to replace their old A/C & gas furnace. You will not be disappointed. I would say that Mr. Bali Singh, owner, has an amazing team!!!Service:Installation

Sara Blair: Several years back we used Polar Air for twice a year maintenance until we discovered our home warranty covered this. Well this week our unit started on fire when we turned on the heat. Our warranty tried to deny us coverage. I called Polar and spoke with Kayla, not only was she polite and professional she sent me my invoices and then taught me what to say to get my unit covered. Kayla didn't have to take time out of what must be a very busy day to help me but she did.
