The Authority administers distinct housing programs. The Housing Authority can only accept applications for waitlists that we have advertised as open. SNRHA shall advertise in local newspapers and post notices on its website when waitlist(s) open and close.

Applications for most Housing Programs may be done online at the SNRHA RentCafe Portal. For additional information, please call (702) 477-3100 option 2.
