Steven Rank: This store has a pretty decent inventory of Can-Am’s. I think the inventory is getting better now that the chips are caught up with the cars. If you’re looking for a Can-Am this might be the place start.They have a large selection of waverunners of all sizes. their motorcycle inventory is not too shabby either. Along with all that they have a large selection of helmets and ridding gear.The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. I was probably asked five times how I was doing and did I need any help after that they just let me walk around at my own leisure. If your in the market for off road, on road or on the water this should be the place to start.

chad case: This was hands down the simplest and easiest vehicle purchasing experience of my entire adult life. Knowledgeable staff, I do my research and the salesman, Drake, kept pace with every step and didn't seem caught off guard by any of my questions. The sales manager that I worked with a couple times was also very kind and easy to talk to. The woman in parts was very knowledgeable, kind, and had a great sense of humor; which kept me at ease while I contemplated how much money I was about to spend. The finance manager was very polite and professional and ensured I fully understood exactly what I was signing. I was shown comfort and courtesy, given water and no one complained when I cause some of the staff to stay after close. Carter Powersports has earned a customer for life.

He was really into spreading the knowledge of helping a new rider get out their on something they are comfortable and within their price point. I ended up picking out a Victory Highball which was one of my dream bikes to own. David and his sales manager James were both helpful in getting me on the motorcycle I wanted since my credit union gave me a check for the bike the process was quick and easy. They even stayed late since my work schedule is hectic. I appreciate these guys and will be coming to them for all my motorcycle needs. I plan on going back soon for some gear and accessories. These guys are a prime example of what great customer service is and how you should be as a sales man David keep doing what you’re doing you’re a True enthusiast.
